We have 5 kitties in our house and this litter really works. We have no issue at all with odor which is great. It clumps well for easy scooping. My only complaint about it would be the dust. It does produce dust which gets all over everything. Our cats prefer open litter boxes so we just deal with it.

I recently purchased an automatic litter box. This litter does not work for the one I have because the level of litter is only supposed to be two inches. This means urine goes down to the bottom. Because this litter clumps so hard, it is like cement on the bottom of the box. This litter might be great for regular boxes (which i have on hand for vacation) but not my everyday needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used this brand Fresh step before until I recieved a coupon to try for free, and I was really impresssed with the outcome of this product. It absorbs the odor and you can not tell there is a litter box around.

We have 7 indoor cats and usually buy the 42lb bag. The cats love it and so do we.I had coupons for another brand one time and asked my husband if he wanted me to get it to save a little money. He said no,only Fresh Step. My daughter has 2 cats and when she tried a different kind, one of them wouldn't use the littler box,so now she will never get another brand either.

I have been using this litter for several months for my two grown cats. It works great! We never, smell the bad odor, and friends are surprised to find out we have cats, because our house smells so nice. It clumps great and the kits always use their box. We scoop daily and switch out to all fresh litter monthly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 8 cats n this fresh step is so good, that people who visit me say they can't believe i have 8 cats cause they say it doesn't smell like you have any! i really love this product n will keep buying it! thank you for making it!

This works great with our two female cats! My friend has a different litter for her male cat and it smells sooo bad! The formula works GREAT with our cats BUT BE WARNED - this one is more dusty than the one that comes in the box. I feel like the litter has a tendency to break apart during shipping due to the soft sides of the bag. It's a great value but the huge mess it makes is not worth it..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three cats who keep me scooping two litter boxes constantly. The amount of dust that generated from filling boxes, cats kicking up dust from covering their messes, and at least 8 times daily scooping coated everything in the room containing the litter boxes and had to be cleaned twice a week until I switched to this low dust formula. I now only clean the room once a week, which is huge. The Febreeze keeps the litter odor to a minimum and I couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smell, and texture The litter is mess free and lightweight which makes my job cleaning so much easier. I have recomended this product to friends and family, and will certainly purchase again in the near future.

I bought this when the large box was out of stock. I love this product as I am able to carry the smaller packages up stares without carting an entire box. Convenient and works great as always. The cats seem to prefer fresh step over many other brands and I like that I have a portable option that isn't in the lightweight category.
