reply from The Fresh Step team

Hello, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to learn that our Total Control Scented litter with the power of Febreze is clumping too hard, and we'd love to provide you with a few tips to help. First, keep at least three to four inches of litter in the box, and depending on the size of your litter box, and the number of cats in your household; you might need to add fresh litter to maintain its level. Please try not to have more than two cats using the same litter box. If you have an elderly or ill cat, they may be urinating more frequently. In this case, a deeper base of litter may be needed to prevent over clumping, and maintain one box per cat and one additional box. While we hope these steps were helpful, we'd love to learn more about your experience. To start, please give us a call at 800-284-2287 and mention this reference number: 180928-000683. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Great Scent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Fresh Step scoop-able kitty litter. I have tried many other brands and have been disappointment with the lack of odor control. Now, when I shop for kitty litter, I do not even bother trying anything else!

New Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy a lot of Cat Litter. At least one 42 lb. a week. This product is great for multi household cats. It's easy to keep their litter boxes clean and they don't make a mess.
