[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most powerful toothbrush I’ve ever owned. I have to use the very sensitive setting. I like that it has so many different brush options including gum care to tongue scrub. It has a convenient case to charge up when not in use. Disappointed that it didn’t have a vent in the case and you have to separate the toothbrush to store it. I’m giving 5 stars because it’s my new favorite toothbrush and it came with 3 extra brush heads. I probably won’t use the app or Bluetooth function because I like to keep it simple.

I am the owner of the Oral IO series 9 toothbrush who is having a lot of issues with the app used by the product. First off, the connection between the app and the toothbrush has not been dependable. I have always been able to restore the connection, but records/opportunities in-between are missed, and it is frustrating to continually deal with this issue. The bigger issue, though, is accuracy. Lately, the app has been reluctant to record any brushing in the lower left area and today it wouldn’t register any brushing in this area at all. I watched the app carefully while I brushed this area without ever seeing a change from the color blue, even with changes in pressure and positioning. After more than three minutes of brushing I finally gave up and, of course, the app told me that I had missed an entire section of my mouth which was not the case. The toothbrush/app combination is a wonderful tracking and educational tool when it works, but without a dependable, accurate platform for the toothbrush, this type of high-end investment is not worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love lovs love this toothbrush!!!! It cleans so well and gets in between all the cracks and crevices that regular toothbrushes can't get too. The blurletooth feature on this toothbrush won't work. I can't connect to the app. I downloaded the app like instructions said too and opened app but it just keeps searching for my toothbrush.

I have never been so excited about a product, especially a toothbrush, as I am with the new Oral-B I09. The technology is wonderfully matched with an app that gives you real time learning and teaching tips to be a better brusher. I absolutely love this product, it’s a must have for everyone.

Purchased this a month ago and really feel it provides the best cleaning and brushing I have ever had. Only reason for a 4 rating... no stand available for the brush heads. When having my wife and I utilizing the IO Brush... no place to dry the brushes or stand them while not in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I've never really had a high tech toothbrush before. My teeth are very sensitive and bleed easily normally. This toothbrush changed that with the sensitivity settings! It times you while brushing so you brush for the appropriate time,and if you stop brushing before the timer the screen displays a frownie face. The app you can download to your phone is easy to use which is great for people who aren't tech savvy. Another favorite feature of mine is the charger. You can charge it in the provided case or you can charge it standing up on the provided stand. Overall it is a very cool toothbrush!

Feels like you have 5 toothbrushes!!! I keep it on the whitening setting and use it for 2 minutes. I love that it gives you a little smiley face when you’re done. The longer you brush - the happier the face! Too cute. Getting ready for my wedding in a couple of months and now I’ll have nice white teeth for the pictures!

The app is easy to get started and operate and I love how it tracks my brushing making me feel more accountable for my mouth health while satisfying my many needs with its 3 settings. I feel its lightweight and i can charge it so easily as it gets tedious with electronics you have to plug in to its charger and considering it being under water wireless charging is the smartest. Im getting my husband one too i like it that much.
