This is a great electric tooth brush with various settings. It’s quiet while it’s powerful at the same time. The biggest bonus for us was it being dual voltage (so we weee able to use it no matter what country we were traveling to and didn’t have to compromise on quality).

Love this toothbrush! Its like the dentists in relation to vibration and function , although I am not saying its a substitute for a good cleaning! It lights up to make sure you are using the correct amount of pressure , stays charged for 10-14 days and even shows a smiley face, Sad face Or frown on the handle as To whether you are brushing long enough! I would definitely recommend this and Walmart had the best deal! Its not the newest version but I didnt feel I needed the extra gizmos

I purchased a toothbrush two months ago and while I can’t say that it has cleaned my teeth thoroughly as well as prevented tartar around my gums. I only SJgave it three stars because the brush heads are too big for my mouth, causing me to gag as well as the battery life. If the toothbrush is not in an upright position, it never goes to sleep if it’s laying down or if you continuously open up your drawer, it will still be on.

Advertised as a io7 model. Is actually an io5. Still appears to be a very good item, but it is not the one reviewed and recommended by Consumer Reports magazine.

The reason I purchased this model, even though I have another expensive Oral B toothbrush, was because I wanted a charging travel case. I was disappointed to find that instead of USB-C charging port, the case comes with a special plug and it's fitted for 110V. So in order to take this toothbrush abroad I need to bring this bulky plug AND an adapter for a different voltage. Ugh.

overall the tooth brushes are great, but i expected 1 white and 1 black. i opened the package and was surprised with 2 white instead.

Do you have the mouth of a giant? Or can you unhinge your jaw like a snake? If so, this toothbrush is for you! The head on it is so big, you'll barely be able to clean your back molars. It's twice the size of a Sonicare. The bristles are so hard, it'll make your gums feel like they're disintegrating. I cannot believe they tested this and had no people comment on how awful of a design it is. Not to mention they charge $300. It's truly unbelievable. I'm hoping Sam's takes it as a return.

Oral B needs to recall these brushes. A design flaw with the brush head prevents proper air circulation and causes bacteria buildup. Search online to see this is a huge problem with the iO series. For such an "advanced" brush, they should have done more testing and fix the issue immediately.

I bought this ORAL B TOOTHBRUSH SERIES 9 white color on August 8 2025 I’ ve had it for less than one month and today in the morning the toothbrush was fully charged and I was in the 1 minute brushing time it turned off by itself and it showed 0 juice in the charge. I put it to charge had to use my regular toothbrush and an hr later it showed 78% charged, I thought it was a glitch or something. I just brush again a few mins ago and the same exact thing happened it turned of by itself with 0% charge and I put it to charge again. I’m really disappointed buying an expensive brush and its quality, it’s a piece of crap.
