I have been using on oral B toothbrush for years and my brush stopped working. Purchased a new Oral B io 9 series. Wow what difference, my teeth are cleaner, whiter and this brush definitely cleans better between your teeth. If you can love a toothbrush this is it. Totally recommend the oral B io 9 series.

I am a registered dental hygienist and I have had this brush for less than a year, using it twice daily. The power button (rubber) has fallen off and the brush will no longer charge. I also bought two other Oral B brushes for my family members—one of those will also not charge after only one week of use, and the other does charge, but no longer oscillates the brush head, rendering it useless. Between three people and three Oral B brushes, we do not have one working brush. Back to Sonicare I go.

I tried this at CES a few months ago. It is amazing and I couldn't wait to get it for myself. I always considered myself as a good brusher-but with this iO brush, it's surprising how much cleaner my mouth feels. It's super smooth, and a lot less high pitched 'mosquito buzzing' of my old brush. The ability to real time track how I'm brushing-that's a cool gamification. Brushing my teeth is less of a chore. One thing I didn't know at the beginning was that you should go tooth to tooth, and let the brush do the work-that's my helpful tip to future buyers!! I highly recommend iO!

It has its own app, where you can download to your phone and communicate via Bluetooth. The app is well built. Has a brush replacement reminder and it give you the option for Amazon Dash replacement. This brush is so smart that it can detect how much pressure you are using while brushing & also recognize how you brush and help guide you to better brushing (within the app). Overall, this brush is well designed. The LCD that display the brush timer is nice. The display auto turns on when it picks up/moved and will auto turn off after so many second of being left alone (not wasting battery). The brush has a couple different brush mode that you can select from. Come with the usual base charger. Bonus is the travel pouch and travel brush holder.

I love that it lets you know when you are brushing correctly by the color changing ring around it. And the timer makes sure you are brushing for the right amount of time.

It has 4 heads that come with it, it has a charger to charge it up. I love how you can change the colors and they are very vibrant you push the circle button to change it. It also has different settings for different things. It has gentle for your tongue,gums,teeth it vibrates as well and it also has Bluetooth I think this was the best gift ever!! It's well worth the high price I really recommend this!

Overall, the brush is great and the modes are fun. The feel is good, and heads work well and feel like they are cleaning. Now, the BIGGEST con / negative aspect I have with the product is that the brush heads have 3 "air flow" holes in them (don't know the proper term) that while you're brushing, water and toothpaste can leak through. While leaking it travels down the whole toothbrush to where my hand holds it, so after every brushing session I have to end up rinsing the entire toothbrush and my hand. This is -really- annoying unfortunately and after almost every brush session I ponder returning the product. It works great, feels great, and cleans great, but the feeling of saliva and toothpaste running through the brush head holes, down the toothbrush and onto my hand, is really annoying...
