I am the owner of the Oral IO series 9 toothbrush who is having a lot of issues with the app used by the product. First off, the connection between the app and the toothbrush has not been dependable. I have always been able to restore the connection, but records/opportunities in-between are missed, and it is frustrating to continually deal with this issue. The bigger issue, though, is accuracy. Lately, the app has been reluctant to record any brushing in the lower left area and today it wouldn’t register any brushing in this area at all. I watched the app carefully while I brushed this area without ever seeing a change from the color blue, even with changes in pressure and positioning. After more than three minutes of brushing I finally gave up and, of course, the app told me that I had missed an entire section of my mouth which was not the case. The toothbrush/app combination is a wonderful tracking and educational tool when it works, but without a dependable, accurate platform for the toothbrush, this type of high-end investment is not worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this brush for my wife and she loves it, she loves the light button, it can be changed to various colors when turned on. You can control what you want to do, example gum care, whitening, deep clean. This controls the power put out buy the brush. Even has a timer that gives you a smiley face when your done. I think i might have to get one for myself. Only thing i would change is the charging station, it's magnetic so if you have little ones that you share a bathroom with make sure it's up high and out of reach, wouldn't want it to fall and break.

Well I represent four out of five dentists… I learned of the iO before release almost 2 years ago and couldn’t wait to try it. I find this the best tooth brush ever made. I have used it for 2 years now and love it. I have purchased it for family and friends and recommend it to all my patients.

I connected it to the app on my phone where I can see my stats as far a brushing goes, if I need to spend more or less time brushing, if I’m applying too much pressure and if I missed anywhere. There are different goals to reach and even as an adult it makes brushing more fun. The different settings make this toothbrush perfect for anyone, from super sensitive to intense, to gum and tongue cleaning by the time I finish brushing my mouth feels the best it has in years. Set it on the base for a quick charge and you are good to go. Definitely recommend.

Doesn’t hurt your mouth like some electric toothbrushes. I absolutely love that it came with replacement heads. Charger works great, no problems with tooth brush coming off the charger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new brush and wanted to improve my technique. Once I downloaded the app the brush wouldn’t connect. The Bluetooth on my phone couldn’t find the brush to connect. However even without the app this brush is amazing.

My dentist recommended I get a rechargeable toothbrush, because they clean teeth better than the manual brushes and this is such a great toothbrush and my teeth look whiter and definitely FEEL cleaner. I can't wait for my next dental appointment so I can show off my smile!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features on Thai is amazing. It tells You when you’re brushing to hard or to soft. There are a ton of modes to set it to. I really like the intense setting. Definitely got my teeth dentist clean! I highly recommend this toothbrush!
