[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is the most technologically advanced toothbrush I’ve ever used. lol I’m still trying to figure out how to add it to the app, but overall I’m enjoying the different settings and timing myself make sure that I’m brushing for the proper amount of time. I love the clean feeling after I’m finished brushing and I’m sure this brush takes care of my teeth and gums with no issues!! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works great as an electric toothbrush. It gets my teeth clean in a way that a regular brush just doesn't. You can feel the difference. When I first started using it, my gums started to bleed (I read this is normal for when starting to use any electric toothbrush). I changed the brush to Sensitive Gums mode and it really helped me ease into it. The pressure sensor is fantastic. When you make too little contact with your teeth, a light on the toothbrush is blue. When you have too much pressure, the light is red. Just right and it glows green. It works every time and really helps get the most out of the brush. The design is also really slick. The all black looks great on my countertop. The one downside is that I could never get the bluetooth to connect to the app on my iPhone 11 Pro. I tried multiple times with uninstalling the app and reinstalling, turning bluetooth on and off, resetting the toothbrush. I tried it all. Unfortunately, there isn't great documentation or videos on this. Here's the upside though - I just admitted defeat and decided not to use those features. And the toothbrush is still really really great even if it can't connect.

The high price is ongoing - io heads are considerably more expensive than others- but should be justified by the app. Unfortunately the app regularly misdetects which portion of the mouth the brush is on, resulting in unreliable guidance on cleaning. Hopefully this will be resolved in a future update.

It's nice and lightweight and every time I brush my teeth I feel like I have just left the dentist, especially in those hard to reach areas. There is a new pressure sensor that turns green when I'm brushing my Teeth, The ability to real time track how I'm brushing-that's a cool feature. One thing I didn't know at the beginning was that you should go tooth to tooth, and let the brush do the work. Very happy with my new Oral-B i09 I highly recommend it...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who likes data and numbers, a toothbrush that provides a look at the quality of my brushing in an app is a dream come true. The 5 brush modes are great as I know that I have more sensitive gums than most, and really appreciate a smart toothbrush that is supposed to address that. I usually use just a standard toothbrush and brush for about a minute, so it is a little different to brush for two, and to have the toothbrush itself signal when to switch. I have a few problem spots so I'm hoping this will help me ensure I get those areas every time! I'd recommend this to anyone who needs to up their brushing game and especially those interested in diving into the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my very first Oral B electric toothbrush and I find it better than my current electric tooth brush. Points to mention: Its design is quite appealing and Onyx black is very pleasing to eyes. The battery life is very good, lasts more than a week when used twice a day for more than 3 minutes. My current toothbrush lasts for 2 days in each charging session, not good. I like how clean my mouth feels after brushing which is missing in my current toothbrush. The gums are cleaned immaculately I could feel and see that. There are 5 modes to select for brushing and I use mostly Sensitive for my sensitive gums. The vibration after each 30 second alerts you so you have an idea how long have been brushing. The brush keeps a memory of your brushing in each brushing session. Like after few seconds when I stop to adjust the brush, it does not refresh the memory but starts from where I stopped, so I know how long I have been brushing. After each brushing it displays a happy or sad face depending how long, short or enough time I took for brushing, which is fun. The brush head rotates for a good clean up and cleanses gums and in between the teeth well. This packaging comes with a travel pouch which is handy to carry the brush when needed for travel. Some negatives: First of all, its app does not connect to the brush, no matter how many times I try to connect. I tried all methods like factory resetting, checking bluetooth settings but no avail. Its frustrating when the main features which has been advertised so much does not work. Moreover there are several apps for Oral B so its quite confusing which one works with this toothbrush and I installed almost all of them and none worked. I found the brush head that comes with it quite wide ,almost 1 inch which is too big for me. It is inconvenient when I brush the corners of the mouth and chewing surface. The purpose of sensitive mode fails when the brush head itself is wide for the mouth. I would have liked if they included extra brush head for the sensitive gums with small brush head. I shall buy a smaller head in width to use with it. Also I appreciate the travel pouch that comes with it, however I would have liked a case as well for the lower part of the brush as pouch would not provide a good protection to the pointed lower part. Given the features ,good and not so good, including price point, I would like this particular model needs some modification as I described in my feedback. Though I find it better than my current electric toothbrush but still not something I would purchase if I have issues with the brush head and its apps which is the core of this new model. This is my experience , others may not be having problem with the wider brush head or app not connecting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the iO7 Series Black Onyx toothbrush. It was easy to set up. I download the app to my phone, blue tooth it to my phone so I can keep track of my brushing. I also love the fact I can change the settings, to sensitive, whitening, gum care. My teeth feel so clean after using. I know that I am brushing my teeth correctly because it also has a timer, and if you didn’t brush long enough you will know. It also comes with a charger so you don’t have to worry about having to replace batteries.

I purchased my Oral-B QI toothbrush few months ago, and while I’m brushing my teeth, I’ve noticed black residue that falls out from my toothbrush as I’m brushing. As I looked further to find out the reason I found disgusting mold buildup inside the toothbrush head and inside the motor cavity of the toothbrush. It’s so disgusting that I’m brushing my teeth every day with a brush that holds so much disgusting mold. This is a very poor design of Oral-B! I have used Oral-B toothbrushes for many years and loved them but don’t waste your money on the Oral-B QI!
