From a dental student, do not buy. Dont get me wrong, the toothbrush started out great, loved the features and different settings. After maybe 8 months now the toothbrush can’t hold a charge longer than 45 seconds and dies halfway through one brush. For an expensive toothbrush this should not happen. Oral B gave these to us to promote their product, needs a fix before I would recommend them to patients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the oral b io9 black onyx toothbrush. It has many features like the sensor that tells you if your brushing your teeth to hard! It will light ur read and I never realized how hard I’m actually brushing my teeth. Because of how hard I brush my teeth I have worn down my Enamel and I think this is a good toothbrush because it prevents me from wearing it down any further. After I brush my Teeth with theIo9 nine black onyx toothbrush my teeth stay feeling clean for hours. It truly does make your mouth feel like you’ve been to the dentist. I also like the display where you can change the settings from whitening gum clean Tongue clean daily clean, super sensitive and intense clean. The charging station is very nice as well all you have to do is place toothbrush on magnetic charging station and it charges very quickly! My teeth are also much whiter it took away some of the stains I had in my teeth and I feel with continued use my teeth and gums will continue to improve!

I switched from my sonicare to a oral b io and not even before my three month brush head change I go to change it and there’s mold all under it I rinse my tooth brush really well before and after use and I love this tooth brush because of how good it is but I’ve never had a mold problem with a tooth brush before but now I can’t even use mine because the mold is stuck in the rubber part of the inside of the toothbrush and I’ve tried everything to get it off

It's nice and lightweight and every time I brush my teeth I feel like I've just left the dentist, especially in those hard to reach areas. There is a new pressure sensor that turns green when I'm brushing at just the right pressure, so I'll never have to guess again. I also love the colored LED display with the timer and battery indicator. I feel like I have everything I need right in the palm of my hand and the sleek design looks so beautiful on my bathroom counter!

I feel like my teeth are getting much cleaner with this electric toothbrush over a standard manual toothbrush that requires me to brush back and forth and up and down. My teeth feel so much cleaner and my gums don’t feel as irritated using this electric toothbrush.
