Loved my new TV was absolutely wonderful, but was bumped on the side flipped over, hit the corner of the table and crack the screen I feel that the legs on the tv could be made a lot better so it doesn’t tip over wasn’t even done paying for it yet. Bummed 🫤 got it for the kids for Christmas. It’ll be a while before we’re watching TV again.boooo

I am really happy with the purchase I made, it meets my expectations. I always had Smart TVs from this company, for me they are the best. And I can also connect Apple cell phones and ipads, it is impressive, they also have availability for it to have been the best purchase I have made.

I would have rated this five stars except the owners manual is basically blank. it doesn't tell you how to set it up and I didn't want to take time to look it up on line. Once the set is turned on it takes you through the start up process. Be prepared to take 45 minutes and it also required you to set up a Samsung account.

Our new Samsung TV has a new internal feature called auto lighting which cannot be turned off and ruins the picture when the room is dark. This was not discovered until after purchase. All our other tvs are Samsung and are great. Apparently this feature just started recently and everyone hates it. Do not buy Samsung without checking about this annoying feature which ruins picture quality and resolution.

So far I love this TV. This is the second Samsung TV I've purchased the first one I bought 10 years ago and it still works like a charm. What I dislike about this TV is the fact that this is an online order only item and the first one I ordered arrived with a cracked screen and I had to return and wait for another to be shipped. The next three things I dislike about this TV and what prevented me from giving 5 stars is the app buttons like Hulu and Netflix are not on the remote control, next the speakers aren't extremely loud but loud enough for my bedroom. Last but not least the TV loses internet connection at least twice a week this is probably due more to living in a two story home and having the TV on the first floor and the router on the second floor. The picture quality is outstanding.

Great TV for the money. We have it outside on our enclosed patio. We only use an inexpensive TV antenna (rabbit ears) and we are able to get 40 channels and we get fantastic reception. And the best thing about using just an antenna on one TV is that we are now able to pick up our local channels that show our favorite NFL teams FOR FREE! No more extra cost for expensive cable or streaming services. HAPPY COWBOY CUSTOMERS!

I tried another brand and the picture wasn't very sharp, even with all my adjustments. The color wasn't very warm either. Putting it in the guest room. Ordered this one. I have Samsungs in my Family Room and Bedroom and I love them, and I w and I wasn't disappointed with this one either! Beautiful picture, easy connection.

The remote was your standard, easy to use type which is rare for Smart TVs. Suddenlink is responsible for us buying it. Repairman said our old one was not Digital-and it is. Work needed to be done on cable into the bedroom and repairman NEVER touched anything. Got charged $60 for his opening the front door and doing nothing!

I purchased this size tv because it was the right size for my medal shelving. However, I've noticed that it is hard to turn on; even when I try using different remotes and/or holding down the power button till it turns on. I've also tried unplugging the tv and re-plugging which doesn't always help. Otherwise, the picture quality and audio quality are great.

Very nice picture and very affordable. Perfect tv for extra bedroom or smaller living area. May not have all the bells and whistles of the top model but it is totally adequate. Samsung always has a quality picture. And, it has the smart tv features. Very happy with this t.v. Good value.
