The tv itself was great. The thing I had a problem with was the delivery and the condition the package came. First of all, whoever delivered it DID NOT ring the doorbell to alert me of it and I was at home and second, there were huge holes in the bix which indicated just how the package was handled. Thankfully there was no damage to the unit itself. The rating on the tv was almost a five in my opinion but the service I received from Wal-Mart on the delivery gets a big fat 0 stars. I'll NEVER buy another tv from you guys again, not even in the store.

Loved my new TV was absolutely wonderful, but was bumped on the side flipped over, hit the corner of the table and crack the screen I feel that the legs on the tv could be made a lot better so it doesn’t tip over wasn’t even done paying for it yet. Bummed 🫤 got it for the kids for Christmas. It’ll be a while before we’re watching TV again.boooo

I was surprised at the (lack of) weight to this flat screen! It used to take two men and a boy to lift a television. Today's versions weigh less than my carryon luggage when going on a trip! Very easy for an old lady to pick up and relocate. The instructions for attaching the feet could be clearer, but I managed it after discarding the paper and using common sense.

Having trouble using this tv. However I changed cable carriers and cant figure out how to get this thing to work with the new service. Super simple to put together and hook up. Picture is nice. I am sure once I get it figured out it will be fine. Samsung makes good reliable products. Not really easy to use for the inexperienced.

The remote was your standard, easy to use type which is rare for Smart TVs. Suddenlink is responsible for us buying it. Repairman said our old one was not Digital-and it is. Work needed to be done on cable into the bedroom and repairman NEVER touched anything. Got charged $60 for his opening the front door and doing nothing!

The reason I only gave 4 stars is that the 40 inch model does not come equipped to mount it on a bracket. There are no holes with threads on the back of the TV. You have to purchase adapters and bolts to mount it yourself. I like everything about my previous and current purchase of Samsung TV's.

GREAT picture! I checked it out online with a professional reviewer. It came in slightly less than the Sony comparable, but with $1,000 difference in price, it was not worth it. Buying the right size screen for the size of the room is very important. This one is out on our screened porch. We will take it inside in the freezing winter, as these kinds of TV’s are known to not make it when subjected to zero temps.

The colors and everything work OK but there’s something wrong with the speaker especially when there’s loud bass, it sounds funny almost vibrating. The only reason why I bought it was because it had good Wi-Fi connection. Maybe it’s a simple fixI don’t know. But the picture is Sharp

Love the Samsung TV Plus feature giving loads of free movies and TV shows. The set has very good sound, an excellent picture and was very easy to set-up. Operates great on wi-fi but also works great in combination with an air antenna. I like this set so much that I have now ordered a second one for the other bedroom.

I bought this for my Dad and sisters for Christmas. They didn’t have any smart TVs. They were so excited that they could watch Disney Plus etc. One of my sisters is going to buy one for her bedroom. We have 4 of these TVs in our house in various sizes. One is curved. They are easy to set up and the graphics are awesome. I will only buy Samsung!
