I ordered a 40" Samsung TV; it was easy to order. priced right, and arrived promptly. I'm very satisfied with the purchase...so far, anyway. I say that because I am having an intermittent issue issue with my existing Sony DVD player which I've attached to the TV. Not sure yet what the issue is; I may be able to resolve it. My concern is that because the TV worked fine out of the box, and I have storage space limitations, I've disposed of the packaging. So if I have to return the TV, will that be a problem? Other than that, the only other issue is that the TV was actually delivered one day earlier than it was scheduled to be. I was here to receive it, but if I hadn't been, then the large TV would have been sitting on my front porch...probably not such a good idea.

I love the beautiful bright picture I get on this new Samsung. However, I found the setup to be difficult. I also could care less about having a SMART TV. I think it is ridiculous and makes for a difficult and confusing setup. I had to get a much younger person to help with the setup. Does the average pereson really understand all this technology, want it or need it?? I had a Samsung that I bought 10 or 12 years ago. I loved that TV and it too had a beautiful picture and was very easy to set up and run it (you just plugged it in!). In my opinion these new SMART TVs are ridiculous and not needed. A REAL PAIN!!

I have purchased this 40” Samsung twice and have both times have been impressed with the picture quality of the 40” Samsung and the fact that it is a smart tv and does more than any other regular flat screen at a very good price Unfortunately while putting the stand on the tv I accidentally left something under the screen which made a crack sound and a foot wide black bar went straight across the screen. My fault I should have checked before I put the screen face down. An expensive error I hope nobody else makes. The tv was great and that’s why I purchased another one

Bought this TV for our 11 year old son's room. He uses it to watch TV and play video games. The TV is a nice size for his bedroom and is great quality. Picture is nice and has all of the great features of a smart TV. It works well with his PS4, quality is much better than his older, smaller model. We are very please with this purchase, especially for the amount that it cost!

Good TV, much lighter than that 12 year old panasonic boat anchor. Picture is decent, not super special. Remote is quick, the Samsung TV channels are good if you don't have cable. LIght tv, i think this was only like 10-15 lbs. Didn't come with the M8 bolts for wall mount, but i picked this up at HD. I'd buy again, but knowing these Samsung TVs it will be working for years to come.

There isn't a better TV to view than a Samsung TV when it is set up to view in the Dynamic option in the menu to watch! It also has a wired Internet Connection option available with an Ethernet Cable to connect to the Internet for a variety of options on its TUBI Channel, which I found to be very informational, as well as educational! There are more than 60 various topics to chose to watch in all different genres that has ever appeared on Television in the past 90 years. Who said you can't have your cake and it too? With a Samsung TV, you can! P.S. I am going to order a back up Samsung TV because that one I bought from Target stopped working after 4 years, 6 Months, and 24 days and I paid $250.00 Dollars for it in 2019. I chose this particular television because it was a known brand, would fit into the cabinet space vacated by the previous TV, and the price was reasonable. The picture is sharp and colours are true. Unfortunately, after 1-1/2 to 2 hours of use, the voices becomes garbled. This soon rectifies, but returns about 10 minutes later. This sequence continues. I returned the TV in the belief that there was something wrong with it, and purchased another, identical set that was available in the store at that time. The same problem is recurring! Research has indicated that some smaller TV's that provide very good picture and colour come with speakers that are small, which can be the source of this problem. Now I have to decide whether to purchase a piece of equipment that might solve this issue and/or start all over again with a completely different brand that I had not chosen because of an iffy reputation for quality; my choices are limited owing to the very specific size that I need.

Purchased this Samsung TV Sept 23, 2023 and immediately took it out of an opened box and programed it. Screen was defective, had a very bright white sliver of light running along the bottom. Started the process of returning it. Shipped it out the very next day and Walmart received it back in Las Vegas 3 days later. They have had it ever since and we are stuck with no TV. How long does it take to ship out a NEW, UNOPENED TV?

I have been very pleased with Samsung products in the past, so the low price for this TV appealed to me. It arrived well packaged and was easy to set up. The picture is quite good. I was disappointed to discover that it was not Bluetooth compatible for earphones, which a phone call to Samsung confirmed. That said, a Samsung representative was easy to reach in person on the phone and helpful. I should not have assumed that just because it was a smart TV it had Bluetooth. I did get a good basic smart TV at a low price.

I have a 55" 2017 Samsung that I love. So I purchased this one knowing how they work. I love this TV and brand. I'm just waiting to be disappointed in that there will be a secret camera in it and divulging all my national secrets!! Otherwise I HIGHLY recommend Samsung, anything.
