has google assistant but you can't use it with included remote which also has a weak signal to tv. have to point it directly, perfectly at tv. randomly disconnects from wifi and picture is just ok. like the way the menus are set up. pretty easy navigation. sound is great and being a samsung hopefully it will be long lasting for paying a little extra for the name. all in all i am satisfied.

great picture, good sound, and an excellent purchase when it was on sale, but... the samsung software is clumsy and not at all intuitive. it connects to my windows machines easily, but not at all to any of our tablets or google phones with android operating systems. multiple attempts to connect through various samsung and google apps, as well as other 3rd party apps, have been wasted time. in a recent inquiry with samsung, it was made very clear that google and samsung products are not at all compatible at this basic level. the next time i need a television, i will shop more carefully, and will not purchase a samsung. changing my brand of television will be easier and less expensive than being forced to change all of our other equipment.

We needed a new TV for our bedroom and after checking reviews for multiple brands and models, we chose the 40” Samsung N5200. The set up was very easy, especially if you download the SmartThings app. The TV does most of the set automatically and requires very little input. We are especially pleased with how easy this TV is to use, finding apps, down loading them and putting them in whatever order you want is a breeze. The picture is very clean and sharp and we love the auto dimming since it’s in our bedroom. We also love the auto turn off feature so we don’t have to set the sleep timer every night, the TV automatically does it every night at the time we choose. We were so happy with this TV, we returned to the store and bought a 55” UHD Samsung for our family room and love it so far as well.

i received this tv for christmas and i like it. the sound is really crisp - i don't like high volumes, so i keep it low but it is clear. decent picture. i am unable to install apps that aren't pre-loaded, so that kind of sucks. i also find the remote to be challenging - i still don't know what all the buttons do, and they are close to one another, so i kind of get lost and have to restart things. other than that, i give this a good rating. i never had a smart tv and was happy to learn i can connect to the internet.

why on earth is the sleep timer buried so deep i. the system? maybe make an extra, seaprate button on the remote dedicated to sleep timer. please and thank you. also, volume/sound seems to vary depending on which channel or streaming service im using.

Bought this tv two months ago. I put two apps on it. It takes 5-6 clicks of the remote to get to where I want to be. Quite the path I have to remember. There is pixelation and words spoken do not match mouth movements. Working on that fix. Whether or not it’s the tv’s fault, don’t care, it’s happening on it.

Get a banner on plus channels on left side that cannot be removed every time you change channels Most annoying thing I have ever had.So sick of having this kind of crap shoved down my throat with out wanting anything to do with it.Will be getting rid of tv and going with someone else

What a piece of crap. 1st, it's not 43 inches long or 40 inches of screen. It's 36 inches of screen and it's super short. The picture is incredibly pixeley and fuzzy. The stand makes it sit very low. This tv isn't worth $75. Awful. I'm returning tomorrow.

got this tv for our backyard patio and for those purposes, it serves its purposes. however, this tv is definitely not one of samsungs better models. picture is ok but sound is teally not the best. for the price, this is an excellent tv. however, it simply does not compare to other two samsunf tvs that we own.

I bought this TV for its “smart” features; we wanted a TV without boxes, cables, etc. well, navigating the “smart” aspect of this otherwise excellent TV is so awkward and clunky, it defeats the whole purpose of having a smart TV. I’ve had to install an Apple TV atop the unit because the “smart” function is so incredible dumb it is unusable.
