Nice tv

well got it home and was like wow what a nice tv. but then when trying to add out preferred venues i couldn’t find hulu. i thought i was missing something until i googled it and found that certain serial numbers could not get hulu. to me this is unheard of. i think the quality is nice for the price, this is my first tv over 36 inches and i hope i dont find other quirks down the road.

The limited smart features are useful

it constantly needs to be reset to factory setup in order for the software to work. in about less than 6 months of ownership i have reset to the factory setup 5 times already. the apple air play stops working, the apps don't work and many other software issues.

Will not reconnect to Internet when powered up.

We have tried two of these, and neither would reconnect to the Internet on power up from the remote without jumping through hoops to reset the network at the TV and re-select the network and enter the network password EVERY SINGLE TIME! The picture is great and the features are what we want, and it works great until you use the remote to turn it off. Getting it connected again takes 10 minutes (we don't have a trivial password). Totally unacceptable for a "smart" TV. Our Roku stick and Amazon Fire stick both connect fine when powered up, so we plan to return this TV and get a regular TV and another Roku stick that will actually work.

Great tv! Easy to setup. Tv was delivered quickly and pickup was a breeze. It was shipped to a neighborhood Wal-Mart close to my home , which made it very convenient. My brother loved it so much, he asked me to order one for him! Very satisfied customer

Great tv. Nice pic and sound, although at times...not often the sound stops when I?m watching Netflix, and I rewind it and the sound usually comes back. Wish it came with two remotes, as a back up, because the tv doesn?t have any buttons so if you lose the remote you can?t do anything....but buy a new remote lol \n\nGreat tv tho

Nice tv for the money

while we have enjoyed our tv, the app feature could use some improvement. it would be nice if you could arrange the apps and go back to previous app when pressing the return button. it would also be nice to have a sleep button on the remote instead of going theough so many steps to set it. picture quality is great.

Remote is terrible.

we like the tv very much. the remote is frustrating…the buttons used the most are the smallest, and the giant buttons the ones i always unintentionally hit take me places on the tv where i dont want to be. seeking a replacement remote with something user friendly. any suggestions from others with same complaints???

Dissappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] with one exception this is the 9th samsung tv i have purchased. i made the mistake of not checking on what providers you can access prior to buying and that won't happen again. the one time where i had to have access to my provider due to where this unit was installed; s/sung has failed me. adding / uploading apps is no fun either. nothing to "see" here - move along.

Wasted a lot of time and soap

tried everything we could think of to download the hulu app but after 2 or 3 hours we finally gave up. the tv is very slow in responding to remote control commands. and why the waste of soap? the tv is located in our open floor plan kitchen/family room. weirdly, pressing any button on the remote triggered the touchless soap dispenser at the sink. from way across the room. had to return the tv and get a different brand. works great and no more wasted soap!

Does not stay connected to WIFI

my tv set does not stay connected to the network. when i turn the tv on, i get a network error message that my tv is not connected to wifi. the instruction on screen says to either unplug the router or the tv. the first time it happened and did as instructed, but then the same thing happened. it happens each time i turn the tv back on. all other equipment connected wirelessly to the same network (another samsung tv included) stay connected without any need to unplug them or resetting the router. when i turn them on. i am so frustrated with this tv set that i am returning it back to the store.
