This TV is okay. The reviews are correct, the picture is not clear when viewing from an angle. You must look at the TV head-on from a distance to experience a clear picture. Also, this TV has defects. Sometimes, when you turn on the TV the sound is out, other times the sound is extremely loud. Also, sometimes the TV is black when trying to view YouTubeLive. You have to unplug the TV or run a diagnostics to fix these issues. This Full HD is not worth the money. I wish I would have bought HD or another brand. Also, the app menu is too small and you can not arrange the apps in the order that you want.

Great tv. Nice pic and sound, although at times...not often the sound stops when I?m watching Netflix, and I rewind it and the sound usually comes back. Wish it came with two remotes, as a back up, because the tv doesn?t have any buttons so if you lose the remote you can?t do anything....but buy a new remote lol \n\nGreat tv tho

I have always been a fan of Samsung products... This TV was at a wonderful price and had extremely good reviews and although I've only had it a few days I have been able to work with the color and the colors are just really dramatic and the TV is exactly like I thought it would be... Excellent quality for the price

im not a tv snob as i feel most all are pretty darn visually appealing these days. this tv is economical with a good picture and easy set up. it’s for my home office and i mounted it on the wall myself. all in all i would ourchase this product again.

i would not have written a review, but for the email from samsung requesting my feedback. so, my wife and i purchased this for a yoga room and only used it to connect to youtube via our wifi network. she had to regularly reset the tv to get the wifi back. she then looked online and saw all the reviews of others having the same wifi issues. we elected to purchase a new non-samsung tv for the yoga room and use this somewhere a wifi signal is not required.

i love the picture and the features, sound could be better. ive had this tv for about two weeks, had two problems, working okay now. shortly after i received it, the sound went out. itried everything with no luch. i was about ready to return it when my daughter suggested unplugging it. fixed the problem. shortly after that, wifi went out and would not reconnect. after trying everything, tried unplugging. fixed the problem. no further problems for over a week. i have my fingers crossed because because i really like it and 40” tv’s are becoming hard to find.

the tv is excellent. a great picture and exceptional sound, once you figure out how to access the features. the only user guide or manual is "virtual" but there is no other info contained in the box, no explanation of where to find an explanation even. come on samsung a card saying where to find instructions if not a small user guide won't break you. otherwise it would be 5 stars!

After spending over 1 hour trying to get the TV to connect to the app it suggested I downloag, I tried manually connecting to wifi. It refused to accapt the wifi password and kept telling me it was invalid. I reset the TV, the router, the password, but nothing work. Returing it tomorrow.

i bought this set after returning a cheaper brand that would not connect to internet and remote didnt work. i decided to try the samsung because the ratings and reviews were encouraging but was slightly more in cost. it was well worth the little extra cost. ive had it a few weeks and love it. so easy to set up, walks you through each process and connected right up. sound, picture quality and is great. operation manual is online and easy to download but there are instructions on set up in the box. i use this tv in my bedroom and i have more free channels than our cable provides at a huge cost. its a little time consuming signing in to all the apps but once thats done, you will be enjoying your favorite programs anytime you want!

setup was a pain. i selected setup with voice assist. i was like listening to the chipmunks in a foreign language a even higher speed. the paperwork was no help and i didn't want to download an app. after an hour of guessing what to do next i finally was able to complete the setup. quality is great and my wife and i were replacing our previous samsung which suddenly went black after only three years.
