i purchased this tv to stream videos using the internet browser; however, it is unable to play videos. i can navigate to the internet site, but moments after the video starts playing, it stops and an error message pops up. i have tried resetting the tv but that did not resolve the issue.

I bought this TV for the master bedroom. The only issue I had setting up the TV was eventually found to be a cable TV issue unrelated to the TV itself. I had to have two cable TV techs access the TV remotely to connect the TV to my cable service. Setup otherwise was pretty simple, navigating through the on-screen TV menu, and it recognized my home network easily. The screen resolution is good but not as crisp as I had hoped. Sound is very good - I thought I might need a soundbar but in our 20 X 14' bedroom the sound is very good. Overall I am pleased with the TV and recommend it, especially when on sale as it was when I bought it.

took off one star because everything is hood with this tb except it looses the connection signal often. i do not use cable so i use wifi to access programming. it looses yhe connection and its not the wifi, its the tv. have to unplug the tv to “reset” to get it to hook up again. other than that it works and looks great.

love my new tv. it had more options than i anticipated. my only complaints would be, the icons are too small to easily see which channel option you are on and when i use the left & right arrows to move the tab, it goes too fast and passes up what i want. i can eventually get there. i was pleasantly surprised by all the channels that came with it. love drybar!!!

After spending over 1 hour trying to get the TV to connect to the app it suggested I downloag, I tried manually connecting to wifi. It refused to accapt the wifi password and kept telling me it was invalid. I reset the TV, the router, the password, but nothing work. Returing it tomorrow.

i didnt realize when buying this television that hulu was not an app i could download on my tv. every other app i want, i can get except hulu, which is very disappointing because its my main way of streaming. i wish i didnt preemptively get rid of my apple tv so i can still access hulu. i can screan share from my phone to my tv but that is not the ideal way to go. also, i have yet to be able to set up the smartthings app on my phone with my tv. i know thats a matter of calling the support and getting that fixed. the television is very responsive, set up easily to my sound bar(vizio), and the remote isnt too difficult to get used to. simple set up to start with and it even has a small selection of cable channels!

This tv is a great product for the price. The picture is not super great but you shouldn't expect that from a $200 tv anyway. The only cons I have personally are: The menus completely obstruct the view of your show and when you set the sleep timer you have to press the back button 5 times to get back to what you were watching. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized I'd bought the same type of tv I'd purchased a year ago but a different size. This meant setup and using it was evwn easier. Btw setup is explained step by step on the tv which makes it a breeze.

This is a great TV. Picture quality is very good and the sound better than my Vizio. The built in apps are great for my streaming of YouTubeTV and Netflix. Assembly of the stand and setup was simple. The price was very reasonable and delivery was free.

the channel guide is great! the added free channels and guide / programmable list work great. we had a 10 year old samsung that gave good service. replaced it with this one. great features. the remote has all the right functions and is easy to use. the automatic input switching is a huge plus. be sure you upgrade to the latest firmware as soon as you get it home.

i'm pleased with this tv. it has a wonderful sound & picture. my problem is the hoops you have to jump through just to get it to work. the user manual is completely useless. if it wasn't for a neighbor i would have returned it. there is no reason for this to be so complicated. why is all that information needed? if you want to buy one, i would suggest you hire someone who can deal with all the nonsense thats required!!!
