The Dumbest “Smart TV” Ever Produced

calling this a smart tv is a makor stretch. it will access the internet & let you do very simple things like watch youtube. however, it is seriously lacking in available apps & features. the deal breaker for me is that it doesn’t even have bluetooth. i had jo idea that this was even possible for a tv that was produced in 2019. do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to get a “real” smart tv. you will be glad that you did.

Great Purchase

samsung comes through with true quality and performance. pleased with the purchase as this fit the bill for my viewing needs in my bedroom. i would give 5 stars but deducted because the remote is not as intuitive as i thought it would be. it takes some getting used to - but it could be better!

Samsung TV Remote

the tv produces a vibrant and lovely picture, however, i am still trying to figure out how to use it to obtain more channels. someone said i need to "scan" the tv or channels. i have no idea how to do this. also, the remote is surprisingly very old looking and not the contemporary remote i was expecting. in addition, i would have preferred a larger remote and one that would light up so i would not have to turn on the bright lights in the room to figure how what button to click. do you offer a more sophisticated remote?

'Smart TV' with no headphone capability

no 3.5mm aux jack rca to 3.5mm not supported no built in bluetooth capability per samsung 'support' this tv does not support headphone use. adapters are not tested. so samsung is essentially offering tvs with video but only half the audio. tvs over a decade ago offered usenof headphones.. but now this technology is beyond us?? so confusing how a company such as samsung can have such an oversight. will be returning this tube and gpong with lg

Disappointing Samsung TV

i have owned samsung tv's for several years and i purchased this one to replace another samsung which i really liked but needed a new scree as it was damaged by carelessness. this new was very disappointing. i dislike the remote as it is cheesy and has way too many buttons, i have since bought one that was similar to the one i had with my previous tv. i also hat the way the tv always resets to samsung's channel and i cannot remove it from the options. will think twice before ordering another samsung without seeing it and testing in a store first.

As Good As Promised

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Samsung N5200 is ergonomic and easier to use from the last TV WE had, especially the apps more accessible. The remote IS great and Can be controlled only by your voice, which saves Time when you make a research

Attaching the Legs and No Sleep Button on Remote

Directions were confusing about how to attach the support legs. The "L" and "R" refers to if you are facing the front of the screen, event though you are attaching them from the back. My only other disappointment was there is no "sleep" button on the remote, which I use every night. You have to go through several screens, to find the sleep mode. Luckily, I still have my old Samsung remote with the sleep button, and it works with the new TV, problem solved!

Dissappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] with one exception this is the 9th samsung tv i have purchased. i made the mistake of not checking on what providers you can access prior to buying and that won't happen again. the one time where i had to have access to my provider due to where this unit was installed; s/sung has failed me. adding / uploading apps is no fun either. nothing to "see" here - move along.

Remote is terrible, on screen menus have a bad UI

the remote has entirely too many buttons and they're all the same size/shape. the remote doesn't light up so it is near to impossible to use it in the dark without hitting the wrong buttons. the ui for the smart menu is also clunky and difficult to use. apple tv and roku are so much easier to understand and don't require a remote with 100 buttons.

Good until...

We liked the TV for use in the bedroom, cannot beat the price, However, two days ago the screen went black! And we have only had it for 10 1/2 months! I found a site that told me what to try to fix it. It did not work, so...do not know if it is worth taking it to a TV repairman. Has anyone else had this problem?
