This "smart" TV does not include access to the Hulu app. Called Samsung, who blamed the problem on Hulu. Only resolution is to spend more $ on external device such as fire stick, possibly have to use 2 remotes. Would not buy again nor recommend.

Picture quality is great. Bought it for our patio. Only draw back is the sound quality. You have to put it on 80 just to have good sound. Disappointed

Does run a bit on the quiet side compared to our main but as its our second TV and mostly for gaming its really not a problem. The feet are curved so it fits nicely into the corner I needed it for without hitting the wall. Over all very happy with it.

I bought this TV last week and I love it. Has wonderful features and the color and picture are perfect. I always buy Samsung tv's. The sound is good. So, I don't have to buy a sound bar. This tv is in my bedroom. I have a 50" Samsung tv in my living room too. Both are great tv's.

I convinced my next door neighbors into upgrading their old 36" Sony tube TV for this new Samsung 40" flat screen. And honestly anything would have been an upgrade and I wasn't expecting a whole lot for the money that was spent on it. So I get it all set up and much to my surprise, I think the picture quality may have my brand new 49" LG beat that cost 2-1/2 times more than what was spent on this Samsung. They are blown away with their new TV and I'm real happy for them. :)

samsung comes through with true quality and performance. pleased with the purchase as this fit the bill for my viewing needs in my bedroom. i would give 5 stars but deducted because the remote is not as intuitive as i thought it would be. it takes some getting used to - but it could be better!

while we have enjoyed our tv, the app feature could use some improvement. it would be nice if you could arrange the apps and go back to previous app when pressing the return button. it would also be nice to have a sleep button on the remote instead of going theough so many steps to set it. picture quality is great.

I bought this a week ago because my other TV went out and I'm sorry I did. I need to Uninstaller sling tv and reinstall it and I can't do it on this TV. I think I'll go out and buy a different brand. I have tried everything and nothing works. And I also don't get as many programs as I used to. No pluto for one. All I get is maybe three. I used to get at least five or six.

My problem centers around the remote. I use direct tv, and rely heavily on the sleep timer. It seems ridiculous to go through like 4 or more steps to set this option. Also the critical navigation buttons are small aand positioned to the bottom of. the device. Other than that I have had no problems and like the tv.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! I SET UP THIS TV BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX AND WATCHED 4 HOURS OF TELEVISION. THE SCREEN FLICKERED AND THE TV SHUT OFF. WHEN I TURNED IT BACK ON, THE LOGO CAME UP AND A GREEN HORIZONTAL LINE STREAMS ACROSS THE SCREEN AS IF THE TV IS TRYING TO REFRESH ITSELF. THEN IT STOPS AND SHOWS A USB DRIVE ICON AND THAT'S IT. I'VE TRIED TO DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE UPDATE TO NO AVAIL. I PURCHASED A NEW FLASH DRIVE AND DOWNLOADED/UNZIPPED THE UPDATE SOFTWARE TO IT AND STILL NOTHING. LET'S SEE IF I GET ANY RESOLUTION FROM SAMSUNG SUPPORT SINCE MY NEW TV IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.
