Works well, only two complaints: After feeding a few pages it emits a old oil smell and the light comes on showing bin full when its not, you have to shake it little so that paper settles in the bin and then it will allow you to continue shredding. Overall for the price it does a good job and its quite.

Love, love, love this shredder. Very affordable, is on wheels, window oriented to fit perfectly in my space allotted for it and it has a longer running time than many others. I have been using it with no problems. Definitely recommend, especially for the price. (Medium bags fit in perfectly).

Excellent product. The bin is very large so you are not emptying it a lot which helps if you do a lot of shredding. Handles a lot of sheets at once with ease. This shredder is a no brainer! Get it!

This shredder is so much better than my old one that stopped working. Better security with the smaller pieces, quieter, ability to shred more sheets at once plus the bin doesn't fill up nearly as fast

Replaced over 8 year old shredder. Works way better than expected, extremely pleased with functionality. Am able to get through stacks of old docs in half the time.

Best shredder we have ever purchased! I have been using it all week for 30-60 mins at a time and I have yet to have it overheat and need to cool down. Love that it has indicator warning lights but the only one that I have experienced is the bin full light! Love how it shreds In confetti size pieces

Calmly eats whatever you give it. I wish the feeder was just a bit wider. Otherwise it's nice and quiet, will eat pretty much anything up to 18 pages, staples included. Credit cards, old cd's... whatever. It eats it and the result are such small pieces. The only issue I see is the static in the collection bin which causes small bits to fly out when you empty it. Not the device's fault at all.
