Great shredder, fine cut, quiet, large bin & easy to empty. I’ve had this one for about six weeks now & it’s better than all the home/office ones I’ve owned previously. I would definitely recommend this shredder to friends & family. Keep your information private with this micro-cut shredder.

I love this shredder. It’s a work horse. I had a mountain of paperwork that needed to be shred and my old shredder just couldn’t keep up. This got it done with zero jams. I ran it for 30-40 minutes each time with no shut down issues. I’ve shredded thick credit card offer packages still in the envelope with no issues. No regrets on this purchase!

This shredder works great. I have tested it with 18 sheets and it still shredded quickly and the pieces are as small as confetti. I was way behind on shredding since my old shredder could only shred 2-3 pages at once and very very slowly. I’ve been very happy with the purchase.

This shredder is a champ! My old 8 sheet shredder overhead and jammed frequently. I was skeptical this could handle 18 sheets repeatedly. I shredded several boxes packed with paper. I did it over a couple days and spread over several hours each day. It consistently chewed up 18 sheets. I shredded for 20 to 30 minutes at a time and it never overheated. I especially like the pull out bin. It holds quite a bit of shredding. The controls are self-explanatory and easy to use. I purchased it online, picked it up in the store and saved quite a bit of money over the store price. Needless to say, I’m impressed with the shredder especially for the price.

This shredder more than met my expectations. I went through a large amount of shredding in record time. Because the machine can handle quite a bit of paper at a time I could shred without unfolding every piece of paper. Overheating was not a problem as I could get so much done in 30 minutes and I was ready for a rest then too. The micro-cut product take up so much less room that the cross-cut variety too.

Not sure what words to use to describe this other than "awesome"! Amazingly quiet for the power it has to shred the papers. I try to not get close to the 18 sheet limit but have a couple times and it handled it wonderfully. I do have to pull out the drawer and shake it after a few dozen sheets since the paper doesn't know how to fall correctly. I blame the paper for this. I had a stack of papers and filled this up a few times shredding it. But it takes a lot of paper to fill it up. Highly recommend this for shredding!

I am kicking myself for not buying this shredder sooner! I have limped along with a measly 9-page shredder and it struggled getting through envelopes that I didn't open (to the point that I just opened everything, what a waste of time!). This shredder rips right through those thick credit card offer envelopes without taking the paper out and unfolding it!

this is an outstanding shredder for the price. i was looking on other websites and couldn't find what i wanted. what i was seeing for reasonably priced units which would take 10 - 12 sheets at a time was a continuous shred time of only around 10 minutes before it would need to cool down. I was most interested in the continuous shred.time. This shredder advertises 40 minutes. it is quiet, shreds into very small pieces so can get a lot of shredded documents in a 13 gallon kitchen trash bag. although it says can take 18 sheets have not pushed it. the ability to continuously feed and not be concerned about it needing to stop to cool down makes pushing the 18 sheet max. unnecessary. although i have not tested the shred time limit, i have shred to the extent my time allows and never been concerned about it stopping on me. bin holds quite a bit of shredded material before you need to empty. very pleased with this purchase.
