I upgraded from a very noisy, cross cut shredder to this amazing shredder. It is quiet and munches paper with ease. It’s absolutely worth the price.

Great shredder. So much quieter than the last one I owned. Does a great job. Cuts very small pieces and let's you know when to empty. Love that the drawer pulls out and not have to lift a heavy top to get to basket. Highly recommend.

One fantastic machine ~ quiet, powerful, large container that pulls out (you don't have to remove the shredder engine). It is everything a home office shredder should be! Thank you!

Shredder is impressive. I am happy with the way it looks and how easily it works. Easy to open and dispose of contents; wheels are very useful as well since the unit is quite heavy. Holds more shredded paper than I expected.

It shreds quietly and in little pieces. It moves around easily. The bin is ample. The price seemed high, but most prices today do. My only problem is closing the bin in position, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it.

I ordered this Member's Mark Micro-Cut Shredder because I needed a new shredder. It's so quiet and it works wonderfully. I'm very pleased with all it can shred and how easy it is to use and empty. I highly recommend this shredder if you need one. I've had a few over the years and this one is the BEST.

This replaced a very heavy duty shredder that wore out over more than 10 years of use. I like the smaller size, less operating noise, ease of emptying the collection cannister, and especially the easy feed. It also shreds the paper into smaller pieces. I haven't tried 18 sheets at once but it easily handles 4-5 sheets at a time that I feed it. Overall I wish the old shredder which was way more expensive had quit sooner.

Impressive Shredder; after more than a month's heavy use, it works Perfectly! I have had no issues at all with the machine. I really like the big size of the shredded paper bin and the machine is a Quality built machine. After looking at a lot of different shredders; I am really happy that I selected this one! The price was very good and I loved the Sam's Club Plus free delivery to my home.

This is the 1st shredder I've owned with such a narrow paper insert opening. After 1 month of use, this shredder operates as designed. However, I'm very disappointed that the slot or opening to insert papers to be shredded is not much wider than 8-1/2". That means I either fold over or physically tear in half paper wider than 8-1/2" to shred.

It took me several weeks before purchasing a shredder, there are so many and countless places to purchase. I read so many reviews and was growing tired . I finally went to Sam's website and came across this one, the reviews were consistent and the size is what I wanted!! No Regrets!! Money well spent, it is one of the Best!! Does what it says. I am a little hesitant to shred 18 pages because you can hear a difference the more papers you shred, however, the reverse jam works well!! Great guy!!
