This seems like it should be a great shredder, however from the start it has jammed and overheated with just one sheet of paper. I have processed less than a dozen sheets of paper and it is jammed and won’t budge. It is going back to store

Great shredder. So much quieter than the last one I owned. Does a great job. Cuts very small pieces and let's you know when to empty. Love that the drawer pulls out and not have to lift a heavy top to get to basket. Highly recommend.

Shredder is impressive. I am happy with the way it looks and how easily it works. Easy to open and dispose of contents; wheels are very useful as well since the unit is quite heavy. Holds more shredded paper than I expected.

I upgraded from a very noisy, cross cut shredder to this amazing shredder. It is quiet and munches paper with ease. It’s absolutely worth the price.

Impressive Shredder; after more than a month's heavy use, it works Perfectly! I have had no issues at all with the machine. I really like the big size of the shredded paper bin and the machine is a Quality built machine. After looking at a lot of different shredders; I am really happy that I selected this one! The price was very good and I loved the Sam's Club Plus free delivery to my home.

This replaced a very heavy duty shredder that wore out over more than 10 years of use. I like the smaller size, less operating noise, ease of emptying the collection cannister, and especially the easy feed. It also shreds the paper into smaller pieces. I haven't tried 18 sheets at once but it easily handles 4-5 sheets at a time that I feed it. Overall I wish the old shredder which was way more expensive had quit sooner.

I wanted a little bit heavier and bigger storage capacity shredder so when my other one quit working, I found this on line and it has been great! Just what I wanted exactly. It has a higher capacity shredder 18 vs 12 sheets that I had before(although I never run that many through at once), it is much quieter and holds much more in shreds than my other one.

Great purchase! Worth the price. This shredder does everything it claims. Sizeable bin. I usually only load 5-7 pages max, but it goes through them easily. Plastic cards, no problem. I had two boxes of backlogged shredding to do after my last shredder died. It made it through those stacks without once jamming or stopping to rest. No overheating issue. It's also very quiet. My cats were not at all disturbed by the noise (they hid when the old noisy shredder was running), but instead they sad watching the papers feed and at the window in the bin as the confetti fell in. So quiet. No regrets for this purchase.

This shredder greatly exceeded my expectations. It effortlessly chews through old credit and debit cards, CDs and DVDs, junk mail, and any old documents that need to be destroyed. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was as it pulverized all of the items listed above. I also found that when it came time to empty the hopper, I was able to easily empty it into a trash bag without making a mess. Bottom line is that I was so happy with this shredder’s performance that I bought a second one to give to my sister.
