I purchased this mattress because a family member also purchased it and loved it. I have colorectal cancer and sleeping became difficult with the radiation and chemotherapy protocols used to treat my cancer. This mattress has been amazing in the comfort, support and coolness. I've seen more expensive mattress, but not better. This mattress has been much more than advertised. I'm very glad I purchased it.

Bought this last week, lets see how this one works out. Everything good so far, the actual box comes with wheels so moving it to the bed is really easy. The install is pretty straight forward. Open box, Unroll on bed and then remove plastic. If using knife to cut things be really careful, would recommend ripping plastic with hands. Will post an update in 12 months about the comfort of the Mattress.

We are 21 days into sleeping on this mattress. Our last mattress needed to be replaced. This memory foam luxury mattress allows you to get out of bed and not have a back ache. My husband feels that is is too firm but he is getting use to it. We are very satisfied with this purchase!

After seeing crazy prices on mattresses, we decided to try the foam one. so easy- picked up one from the store which fit in back of Honda CRV and had one delivered. Open up box, remove wrapper, and voila, your mattress expands and is ready for sleep. Very comfortable. Love it

Probably the best mattress I've ever slept on. I have been wanting to try a modern memory foam mattress for awhile. It is the exact feel I was hoping it would be; firm but with a slight softness. A very nice mattress for the money. Highly recommend.

Usually there is a break in period for a mattress. This mattress was very comfortable from the first night. The only problem was the delivery aspect. Even though free delivery was offered, due to mess ups with Fed Ex, I had to pick it up myself from the Fed Ex facility.

I have been shopping for a mattress for a few weeks. Couldn’t match the quality with the price I wanted to pay at any of the furniture or mattress stores. This mattress is extremely good quality at an extremely good price. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this mattress about a month ago. Ordering, shipment, packaging was all as expected. There was no smell from mine as others referred to noticing. I had to do something to better my sleep as I woke up achy every morning. On the Serta, I wake up everyday now without hitting snooze, feel refreshed and no part of my body hurts at all. It's a magical combination of support & softness. The cooling effect isn't too much, even on colder nights. I could not be happier with this purchase! My only regret is not buying sooner!! I have recommended this to all my loved one's & already, my brother & his wife have purchased the same and can't wait for the delivery!

I was very indecisive on getting this mattress and I took a leap of faith. I can say it was well worth it and one of the best decisions I made. I originally planned on buying it for my teenage daughter, and I wanted to try it out first. So this mattress was comfortable, soft foam, & great quality. Its a bit on the firm side, but I am used to a Foam mattress and have had one for years. So I am okay with these type of mattress. the shipping arrived on time and it came in a compressed plastic wrap. I did allow roughly 20-30 minutes before I tried to sit on it. I allowed about 2 hours before actually laying on it to sleep.

I wasn't sure what to expect, the reviews on firmness went both ways. So, I'm writing mine just to add to the mix :) Came a little bit later than expected, but it wasn't a surprise since I got it on the one day sale. Which I've noticed the price for that has popped up again on sale, so it isn't just the one day price. Box wasn't wrapped, so it wasn't a secret what was in it. Came perfectly fine, no dents or tears. The mattress itself was wrapped tightly in plastic. Pretty amazing really. It sat in my bedroom for a couple of days since I wanted to open and let it air out overnight and I still had my current mattress to be picked up by my son. Make sure you put the mattress on the foundation you plan to use before you start cutting. This is very important. Old mattress out. I have an antique Queen size bed frame that uses wooden slats as the foundation, plus I have my old box spring. We placed the Serta on the box spring and started to carefully (be very careful) cut the plastic. It is really amazing that this bed is only about 3 inches tall when still in the vacuumed package. Cut diagonally and do it fairly quickly. The bed starts sucking in air and expands to the full Queen size in literally 2 minutes, maybe less. Aaand, you're done. It does say 12" and mine has fully expanded to 11 1 /2" . Close enough for me. First thing I noticed is after coming from a pillow top was how flat it is. Flat, flat. No lumps or comfy spots, just flat. Don't try to do the cute little jump and land on it, it's flat and firm and not a lot of fun. First few nights I was unsure how I felt. It was firm, but after about 15 minutes I stopped noticing it was firm. Weird. It is because of the memory foam, weight and mixed with body heat, it conforms to your body. I've had it now for about a month. I can definitely tell where I sleep and where I do not. The softer side is where I sleep each night. As time goes on, the memory foam softens. It isn't squishy soft or like it is breaking down, but it does that conforming thing much quicker. If I want to lay on the firmer side I crawl over and can tell the difference immediately. I still struggle with pillows. I can't find quite the right match to get me through the night. I hope that you won't have that problem. This is an ongoing struggle. BUT the biggest thing (If you're still reading, you are smart) is that my husband has commented that I have NOT SNORED ONCE since I got this Serta mattress. Why? I don't know, I can't find the right pillow, so I can only say it is the memory foam base. I had a pillow top that cost over $3200 and I snored; but this mattress has made me so comfortable that my neck is not curled in such a way, and I've stopped. A month in...nope, no snoring yet (and I've even got a head cold this week). Another thing I noticed immediately was I often woke with my shoulders in pain like I've shrugged them all night. Seriously, that was gone on the first morning and hasn't come back. Yes it is firm, but it gives after a few minutes to be comfy, and just keeps getting better.
