it is Very Hard with only a little give, easy install comes in a box rolled up. if you firm beds this is a great one for you!

The base and the mattress have made my night! I can finally sleep without having Asthma attacks. It has been a blessing

My husband and I been looking for a mattress for a few months now and we decided to go with one and boy are we satisfied it was just what we needed.

We were not sure how a matress in a box would be, but have been quite happy with it. We don’t wake each other up when getting up at night and it is very comfortable.

We purchased this mattress on our son’s recommendation. He said this mattress surpassed any other bed in a box mattress he’s tried lately. He wasn’t wrong! Great mattress!!

I bought this mattress in a twin 4 years ago. Love it. Slept on it every day. So bought another in queen size. Putting the twin in another room and sleeping on queen size now. Comfortable and opened up nicely both times.

Amazing products we were suspected when we saw that small box in our driveway, expecting a queen Mattress. But after reading the instructions and let it take place we are really satisfied this mattress is really comfortable

Very happy with this mattress. I have purchased 2 kings and a queen. All have been perfect. It’s a firm memory foam which I find to be very comfortable to sleep on. Not too squishy like I’ve experienced on other brands.

We purchased this mattress for our RV. It is comfortable, not too firm but good support. I sleep well and wake with no backache. Only con would be the foam smell has taken a while to go away. The smell does not bother my husband though.

We were looking for a mattress and did a lot of research and used CR. This was one of the top 25 in CR. Ordered online (queen). Mattress was shipped out same day. It arrived two days later. Was in a large box that weighed 70+ lbs. I noticed the box had a sticker on it that stated "serta e-commerce queen"? and no packing list on box or inside.....so before I decided to remove from shrink wrap I called the 1-800# for Sams/Serta. No one really new if this was the mattress I ordered so Sam's re-ordered another one and had this one picked up from my doorstep next day. All went well with second order. 2nd mattress arrived in a couple of days but this one also had queen e-commerce sticker on it along with no packing slip. I decided to open this one up and see what happened. It "inflated quickly and reached 12 inches within an hour. No chemical smell either. We woke up next morning without lower back pain. Been great ever since. We don't wake up hot either but we also keep our bedroom at 65-67 degrees! Would highly recommend this mattress for those with lower back issues. The mattress is not rock hard but not soft either. If you are looking for a plush soft mattress this is not a good choice. You can't go wrong either with Sam's customer service. They were awesome! Only negative/suggestion is Sams/Serta get the "e-commerce queen" thing figured out or make sure there is a packing slip attached to box or inside....... so they can eliminate unnecessary shipping/return costs to a minimum.
