It was so EASY to install from the way it was packaged, to the rollers on the box, to maneuvering the mattress into place and then letting it expand. Grateful to Serta for that.

Bought 2 mattress for both of my guest rooms. The first guests on each bed said it was really comfortable and they slept great. I feel well worth the money.

I ordered my mattress which came in a box from your online website and I love it. The ordering was easy and it came early which was a huge plus.

The mattress is very comfortable and firm . The box it was shipped in had wheels and holes where you can grip the box to carry it with easy.

I was skeptical about this mattress but it is very comfortable. I bought it for a second home so haven’t slept on it more than a weekend but so far so good

Bed Sleeps good; the boarders of the mattress is too soft.

My oldest son bought the 10” and I was happy and satisfied with the one HE bought. So I decided to upgrade my youngest what I thought would be even better, the 12” mattress but the ends took almost 48hrs to fully expand and all the ends go all the way down when u sit down. Not at all what we expected. We will be replacing this one sooner then we thought!

Never expected such a bad experience, very disappointed with this mattress and with sam’s club customer service. The mattress never reached the 12’ inch high and couldn’t get help at all

I bought this mattress and after almost a month, it still did to inflate all the way. It is currently at 10-11in high. I tried calling the number provided in the description but since I bought it in store, I had to call the store directly. When I explained to the store the issue I was having with the mattress I was told I needed to bring it in. This is a King mattress and I live by myself, I cannot carry a 127 lb mattress into Sams Club. I was told "that was my problem and not Sam's Club." I am unable to return it or get a refund for a mattress that is defective. This was poor quality on a mattress sold as well as poor customer service by Sam's Club.

Bought this mattress-1st day had a crease here it was folded and never disappeared, called Serta the 1st day-they said wait 24 hours, then they said 48, then another call 72 hours--we have waited 8 weeks for them to respond with a solution after picture after picture and 5 emails and phones calls -now they will replace for an additional $85.00 -never buy a Serta memory mattress--got a Casper and was perfect right out of the box!!
