We purchased this mattress for our camper. We received the mattress today and took pictures as we opened it. I looked at a lot of mattresses before ordering and decided to go with this one since it had really good reviews. And another factor was we would be able to take back to Sams if I did not like unlike others ordering off the internet. I was worried it would not expand the full 12 inches but it did in only 3 minutes. I was amazed. I only laid on it for a little while and it is soooo comfortable I did not want to stay on it to not disrupt it fully finishing the setup but after reading the instructions it says you can immediately sleep on it. After sleeping on it for a night or so I will update the review further. It is well made and was packed very well. Very happy with it so far.

I bought this mattress and after almost a month, it still did to inflate all the way. It is currently at 10-11in high. I tried calling the number provided in the description but since I bought it in store, I had to call the store directly. When I explained to the store the issue I was having with the mattress I was told I needed to bring it in. This is a King mattress and I live by myself, I cannot carry a 127 lb mattress into Sams Club. I was told "that was my problem and not Sam's Club." I am unable to return it or get a refund for a mattress that is defective. This was poor quality on a mattress sold as well as poor customer service by Sam's Club.

I have the Serta 14 inch king size for our master bedroom and I love that mattress. Decided to buy the 12 inch for our gest bedroom queen size. Was at the club pickup up one of the boxes went home opend the box and the cover was ripped. I could see the damage of the cover through the plastic. Took the mattress back at the store returned it and picked another box. Opened the other box home and waited for the mattress to expand. It expanded only to less than 10 inches and the cover is loose. For the price this is not acceptable. Will start the return process. If I wanted a 10 inch mattress, I would have bought a 10 inch mattress which also cost less.

So far I like it. It is more firm than I normally would like, but yet it was still very comfortable. I slept very soundly. Only time will tell if this continues. As far as the height of the mattress, after leaving it unfolded in my living room for 24 hours, then moving it to the bed(the move actually added more height), it now measures 12". See attached pic.

Bought this mattress-1st day had a crease here it was folded and never disappeared, called Serta the 1st day-they said wait 24 hours, then they said 48, then another call 72 hours--we have waited 8 weeks for them to respond with a solution after picture after picture and 5 emails and phones calls -now they will replace for an additional $85.00 -never buy a Serta memory mattress--got a Casper and was perfect right out of the box!!

It's a little too firm for side sleeping, as it makes my hips and lower back hurt if I sleep on my side too long. It's fine for back or stomach sleeping. One side of the bed is already more worn in than the other side after only a month, and I feel like a memory foam mattress shouldn't be uneven like this.

We found the mattress to be comfortable, not hot as others mentioned it to be. We were worrisome that the mattress would not hold up well with a heavier weighted sleeper and we found there to be no issues. With a traditional mattress I could feel every movement from my husband and my pets, not with this mattress

I love this mattress! The best mattress i have ever slept on. Its soft enough that it molds to ur body, but firm enough to keep u from tossing and turning. My complaint on this mattress is my blankets slip off the mattress really easy. It is really hard to turn onto ur side while laying down.

This bed was easy to set up if you already have your frame ready. I set it up at 8:30am and left it "bare", and then slept on it that evening at 11:30pm. I am a side sleeper and I like to be close to the edge. This mattress does not disappoint. It is firm to the edge and has held it's shape for a few weeks now. Also, this mattress seems a bit firm when you first sit on it, but as soon as you get into your spot the mattress gives just enough that you are super comfortable. The bed is not bouncy.

The Serta SleepToGo 12" Gel Memory Foam Luxury Mattress is wonderful. I loved the fact that we didn't need a big truck to haul it in since it came rolled in a box. It was packaged very well by the manufacturer. The mattress is so comfortable. On our old mattress, I would wake up whenever my husband turned over in bed. I no longer have this problem. I am sleeping so much better now. I also love the fact that I don't get too warm while sleeping on this mattress. I would buy this mattress again!
