This is the worst bed I've ever had. After 10 months the bed has injured my back twice. It has no support at all and is way too soft. You immediately sink. The bed has indentations that don't go away. Highly disappointed from a major brand.

After 2 and 1/2 years this mattress started sinking on both sides it's been a month and a half that I've been trying to get a refund and still nothing! 🤬

My daughter bought one for herself. We tested it and loved it so much we bought another one for my son. My dad loved it so much that he bought one for himself also.

I've bought a full size and it got 11". I'm ok with that. Thus I bought this queen size and I'm thinking to return it because it could be d efected since it's height only 10".

First time I laid on it seamed kind of firm. However after sleeping on it for several months now I love it. Very comfortable. Never wake up with any aches or pains. I actually look forward to going to bed now. Works for my 225 lbs.

I purchased this mattress on June 26,2020 and already we have a sink on each side of the mattress and neither of us weighs over 190lbs Not worth the money does not live up to the standards as advertised

Help! I bought this mattress Friday and I set it up Friday night. It’s been over 48 hrs and it has only expanded to 10 inches. It’s super comfy and I hate to call Sam’s about it but I did pay for a 12 inch. I’m so torn! I wonder if I have to give it more time..

I've had lots of problems finding a mattress to where when I get up in the morning I feel my back pains. This is the only mattress that I wake up with no back pains! I'm so pleased with my purchase! It's like sleeping on a cloud and for being sold at a low price! Highly recommend.

We bought this mattress this month (October 21). We took it out the box as instructed waited 48 hours to see if it would reach the 12 inches, no such luck. Serta put a 10 inch mattress in a 12 inch box either by mistake or on purpose. I would give 5 stars if it was not for this situation. The mattress sleeps good, no more back pain!!!! Now struggling if I should return it!! I feel cheated!!!
