Affordable not always the best

Save up your money and buy a better mattresses. This is hot especially in summer heat in Texas. I wake up a lot burning up. This is owning it for 3 years and it's still hot. We are not looking into buying a coil mattress with no memory foam.

ughhh

Bought this a few months ago. I'm average weight, relatively fit middle aged individual who normally doesn't complain much about any type of mattress. This mattress, however, makes my body ache. Whether I sleep a few hours or all night, I wake up super sore and miserable. Not sure if it's the mattress firmness or chemical allergies but it's making me miserable.

NOT 12”

This is so disappointed I purchased this Serta SleepToGo 12" Gel Memory Foam Luxury Queen Mattress Just a few months ago I unpacked set up and left it alone till next day. It never occur to me to measure it, just two weeks ago my daughter came over telling me that she want it to buy one for her self. For my surprise I found out that the matters I purchased is NOT 12” is only 10” Very disappointed I paid for a 12” or 10” Photo not included because it keeps giving me a error message

This is my favorite mattress! I have replaced all the mattresses in my house with this one. I have back and neck issues and sleeping on this mattress is a dream! I don’t wake up with a back ache!! It cradles your body without leaving indentations. It’s not too hot. It’s just perfect for myself and my husband.

Excellent Mattress, Highly recommend buying

This mattress is one of the best mattress I have every owned. The sleep has been pure bliss. I also bought My Pillow, pillow set with my new mattress. I never believed pillow's could add such a boost to my over all sleep quality. Between the mattress and the pillows, my sleep is now 'healing sleep'. I wake up rested without stiffness. I recommend this mattress, and if you buy one, add the My Pillow, pillows, it really makes a difference in the quality of your sleep.

We took a chance on this and bought it online from Sam's, sight unseen. I'm so glad it worked out. It's a wonderfully comfortable bed and we've been sleeping good on it. Our last memory foam mattress lasted about 7 years... This has a 10 year warranty.

Sam's Club Mattress Service...

I ordered this mattress on black friday of 2018. The mattress we received only expanded to 10" even though the tag on the mattress said it's a 12" mattress. I thought it would expand to 12" over time but it never did...I forgot about it until 6 months later when i placed an order for twin beds for my kids. I called sam's and they setup an exchange and the new one was shipped the same day. I will always buy mattresses from sam's. I hope their service for other large items are just as good.

Not a good quality mattress

We purchased our mattress online for in store pickup and brought it home and immediately put it on the bed frame. The mattress never rose above 10”. And in fact, in some places it rose less than 10”. We gave the mattress a couple of weeks but it never rose anymore than it did in the first few hours after it came out of the box. I suspect that because the mattress was defective and didn’t rise properly, it also was much more firm than it should have been and caused me back pain every night I slept on it. We called the Serta line listed on the product page but was told that because we picked the mattress up in store, we would have to work with the store as they don’t help with anything more than a warranty claim if purchased in store. Sams told us we would have to return the mattress in store for a refund, so keep that in mind if you also have trouble with your purchase. We had to rent a uhaul to return this faulty mattress to the store which was a pain as it was a king and heavy and difficult to maneuver. So overall this was not a very good experience. I expected that Serta would be there to help us if there were any problems, making the return process simple, but that simply wasn’t the case. Had we purchased online and had the mattress delivered then perhaps it would have been different. Since that isn’t made clear in the product description where they recommend calling the Serta line for any issues, I thought it would be good to relate our experience here.

Terrible quality

Bought this mattress-1st day had a crease here it was folded and never disappeared, called Serta the 1st day-they said wait 24 hours, then they said 48, then another call 72 hours--we have waited 8 weeks for them to respond with a solution after picture after picture and 5 emails and phones calls -now they will replace for an additional $85.00 -never buy a Serta memory mattress--got a Casper and was perfect right out of the box!!
