It's probably the nicest television ever!

Our 12 year old TV had to be replaced and we chose the Samsung 55" Class - DU7200D Series - 4K UHD LED LCD TV. We set it up it up in 5 minutes and it paired wirelessly to our Samsung sound bar. We were amazed at the clarity and it's amazing!

Great TV at Great Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use the TV for our Roku and Gaming. Great picture that looks amazing in 4K. One of the best quality pictures I've seen for a Non-OLED/QLED/QNED TV. Got a 2nd one for daughter and son in law.

Great picture but the remote is inconsistent.

It has a mind of it's own !! It will not turn my Samsung soundboard on. Sometimes the CC appears without prompt. Sometimes it returns to home screen while we are watching. Settings are not user friendly.

Hi Doorman, Thank you for reaching out to us. I have a few recommendations that may resolve some of the issues you are experiencing. First, let's ensure you are running the latest firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If your soundbar is connected via HDMI, please ensure Anynet+ is enabled. Go to Settings, then select External Device Manager. From here, enable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) if it isn’t turned on. Next, please run a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. make "smart" home dumb again

-Cannot receive software updates unless you give Smasung permission to collect information on whatever you view on your TV. -Cannot disable Bluetooth.

If you do not wish to update your Firmware via Wi-Fi, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV: 1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model. 2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) 3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. 4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. Nice TV, but lack compatibility with older devices

Like this TV, however the TV has fewer device connection ports that my older TV had. I am still unable, unsure how to hook up my Blu-ray, vhs, sound bar and cd players.

Couldn't be happier

We are very happy with our 65" television. It has brilliant color, and when installing to the wall mounts, I discovered it was very light and maneuverable. Happy to have made this purchase. Oh yes, the price was great as well.

Don’t buy it

This TV is not user-friendly. The remote completely sucks and you can’t cast you’re stuck with AirPlay and then it freezes cuts out. The picture quality was better on my 10 year old Vizio. Totally regret buying it!

TV is good but remote is bad!

I am pretty satisfied with my tv. Picture quality seems very good. The remote leaves a lot to be desired. It is too small and very hard and confusing to use.

Simple to follow prompts for setup

Great tv, simple and easy to operate, great picture and sound. Its the first smart tv I’ve owned and if I was in a better place financially I would purchase another one just like it for the bedroom.
