19 years ago i bought a 50" Panasonic Plasma for $2500 and today it was a 50" Samsung UHD 7200 for $297!!! I'm an old fart without a lot of techie skills and this TV is PERFECT! Great price, big screen, nice features, picture, and sound add up to a TV that fits all of my needs! I am 100% satisfied.

Great price with extended 3 yr warranty with Sam's Club. Playing regular DVDs looks great due to built in picture upgrade. Ability to insert flash drive for movies I copied to mkv format. No more need for my firestick because built in system to access prime, Netflix, etc. Work very well. Remote is easy to use and with Samsung phone I can also use as a remote for the TV. You can't go wrong with the Samsung brand.

I purchased the Samsung 50 inch TV as a replacement for my older model Samsung TV for my bedroom. The older model was still in great condition but was not a smart tv. I decided to upgrade and I'm glad that I did. The price was affordable and delivery was prompt

I've owned a Samsung TV for at least 15 years. This purchase was a size upgrade because it was a very good price. I had the TV unboxed, assembled, plugged in and setup in 30 minutes or less. Having Bluetooth made the connection to my Bose soundbar cable free. The picture is bold, vivid and sharp with nicely saturated colors.

First I use this TV mostly for standard viewing not so much for concert style music. I think the picture is excellent, much better than our older Samsung. Sound from the TV speakers is not very good. I added a small Samsung soundbar which provides much better sound. The TV does have Bluetooth which is fine, but I chose to use the HDMI connection option for the soundbar. This TV has 3 HDMI ports (one of which can be used for a compatible soundbar) if you use one for sound, one for a Firestick and one for a cable box there is no place to plug in a DVD player. I added a HDMI switch to choose between the cable box and DVD player as a workaround. An optical out such as the one on the old TV would have been a nice. One more note which might be learning curve but we still tend to reach for the old remote (which works fine on the new TV) since the new one is quite different and at least for now seems less user friendly than the old one. Perhaps that will change in time. That said I realize this is not an expensive TV so all in all I am pleased with the purchase.

I purchased this TV for a guest bedroom. It's a good size with a great picture. This is not a "high end" TV, but that's to be expected at this price point. I like the remote controller, but understand the complaints of other reviewers. I don't like that the remote on this model only works if in direct line of sight to the TV. Also, the support legs look cheap.

Very clear display with vibrant color. Controller that came with the TV is definitely low end. I will buy another, easier to use, controller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV automatically returns to Samsung TV Channel interrupting the show we are actively watching. Extremely aggravating, wife and I hate this TV. We have search for settings to disable this function and can't locate one.
