Poor Remote Control

The Tv is great, but the remote that came with the set is very difficult to use especially since my wife is vision impaired. There are no numbers on the remote and it does not resemble remotes we have used in the past.

To many controllers needed

The TV is now just over a month and a half in use. I am still finding perks. I do wish I could change chanels with the Samsung remote. I do wish I could change the volume with the cable remote.

great features

the TV was easy to set up. The only complaint is that the remote is a little bit convoluted. I have not looked for an easier remote to use but I hope that there is one. The picture and the presentation and features that come with the TV are great.

I love my Samsung TV

This Samsung 50" TV is perfect for my entertainment room. The picture display is bright and the color is very vibrant. It was so easy to set up and connect to my AppleTV device. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Mixed

Lots of Samsung TV channels to watch. Color level was low, seemed to be washed out. Adjusted as much as possible but still not very bright. Previous Samsung TV was much better. Remote without numbers is very cumbersome to use.

Owned the TV for months and months, even a year or more. Not the first negative comment or issue enters my mind regarding this product. Samsung and Samsung only for me whether phone, TV, multiple products. The! Best!

can't handle plex

it seems to work pretty good. the only thing is it can't handle large streaming videos from plex. every other app works fine. ps. I'm running 1gb fiber

Not a great product

I bought this 3 weeks ago. I'm sorry I bought this brand. The sound quality is not as good as t was n my 20 year old Sony Bravia. The set up on the home screen isn't good either.

There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you!
