Terriffic price/performance ratio. Extremely clear

I bought this about 6 weeks ago and have really enjoyed it. I had great results with Samsung TV's and now have 4 UHD models and all other brands have been replaced.

this is a Samsung house

this is my 4th Samsung tv (its an upgrade for the bedroom). Every tv in my home is a Samsung and I love them. crisp pictures and Samsung TV make it worth it

User interface needs work

It's really hard to download apps. Remote control needs more features. "Fast forward" would nice. Called for support twice. I'm batting .500 TV itself is pretty good. Could REALLY use some documentation, tho.

Great TV

I own 6 Samsung TV’s and find them all sensational. Everything works flawlessly with simple set-up and ongoing use. More importantly, the picture is excellent in all conditions.

Volume won’t come on

This was a Christmas gift and I am pleased with the picture and ease in operation. My rating is because often I lose volume. And it will take hours sometimes to get it back.

There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. Remote control flexibility

Bought the tv last month The remote control is too small …not a user friendly remote control. There should be #, arrows and option to use microphone for channels etc…

I had to take it back. No numeric remote control. I can’t change channels. Bring back the old remote!
