[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the picture on this tv is amazing, very vibrant and brilliant. I’m still learning all about it. I would like to add some of my apps to the Home Screen. The sound quality is great as well without any additional sound bars. It was fairly easy to set up, I thought it would be more complicated with apps and such.

After exploring various brands, I found this model to be the best in its segment. The user interface and software stand out, surpassing those of other TVs in the same category. Additionally, I paired it with my Samsung 5.1 sound system, which is Q-Symphony compatible. This combination has significantly enhanced the sound quality, making the viewing experience truly enjoyable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love out new TV. We don’t have traditional cable so we had to install multiple apps to stream our favorite content. Our only wish is for the interface to be simpler to use and customize. The learning curve on where things are was much longer than our previous TV, but after a couple of weeks we adapted to it but we prefer our old one. The one thing we love about our new TV is how it has made our house more efficient. Unbeknownst to us, all of our Samsung appliances talk to each other and we now get alerts if one of the kids leaves the door fridge open, or if the microwave food is ready. The alerts at the top of the screen are helpful but not intrusive. The picture quality is also amazing. We paired it with a Samsung sound bar and we have theater quality experience when watching movies, or simply streaming music through the device. Overall, we give it 4 out of 5 stars. If the Home Screen was easier to use - this would be a 5.

The TV itself is great, images are sharp, and colors are brilliant, however, the remote control is not as user friendly as the old Samsung remotes. I especially dislike the up and down toggle to change volume and the channels. I prefer a larger remote with the push button features which are so much easier to use.

Only 43 inch TV that had stand narrow enough to fit my table. Time-consuming but simple set up. Excellent prompts, on screen user guide. Nice picture. Antenna picks up more stations on this TV than with my former Samsung. Like the Samsung plus TV choices.

This is my third Samsung television. The picture went out of both in appx 5 years, so I expect this one to do the same. This one has the best picture of course. The remote is small and a bit cumbersome with the basic functions buried in remote. The speaker is a tad weak also. It lacks depth and I frequently use a soundbar to improve it. Basically a decent television and compared to lesser named sets, it is a bit overpriced. I also have a 32" in my bedroom which is only a couple months older than the 50" and it has already shown signs of failure. While I obviously am a Samsung supporter, I can see the quality of the product is going downhill. I will be open to other options when its time to replace these sets which will likely be in the next year or two unfortunately. Based on cost and longevity, I will consider other units.

I bought three TVs about two years ago. They are all good but I can’t stand the fact that they don’t stay on the channel I put them on. They always revert to a show called Runway, I can’t stand that show. For this reason alone I will shop for a TV that stays on the channel I choose next time.

The tv is fine and the picture is great. My problem is with the remote which is sort of indecipherable Gone are all the familiar ttems like vol. arrows, channel arrows, and basically all words. The control and buttons are too small and trickier to work. I gave up trying to figure it out and just use my internet subscriber remote. Probaly missing out on things but it is what it is.

Love it. Struck by lightning but only had to replace box.

The TV works great, has good sound and picture. There’s nothing that I can think of to change.
