Volume won’t come on

This was a Christmas gift and I am pleased with the picture and ease in operation. My rating is because often I lose volume. And it will take hours sometimes to get it back.

Hi Jaksun, We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your DU7200 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. Happy with this purchase

Bought this to put into a TV ROOM dedicated exclusively to streaming content. So much easier than switching from Satellite feed on our main TV. Picture is nice. Sound is good. Easy to operate. Happy with this purchase.

Missed potential

The picture is good the speakers are awful, there's no way to go directly to a channel without scrolling. The blue tooth is not the latest considering the set was recently manufactured. I gave it 3 stars for picture quality.

Regarding audio issues, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. To select a channel on your TV, press the 123/Settings button on your remote. Then select the number keypad and enter the channel number. The Bluetooth in the DU7200 TV is up to date and should connect to your external Bluetooth devices. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! Happy so far.

It’s been 10 years since I bought a new tv and boy, things have changed! This is a smart tv that comes on instantly and has a very sharp picture. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great features

This was my second Samsung TV. So far so good. No complaints whatsoever. My phone, stove. Fridge and microwave are also Samsung. Not so pleased with fridge, the ice maker always freezes up.

Best tv

This is the best tv. It is bright and clear. Even in a sunny room the picture is vibrant. Apps are easy to navigate. I can even control the sound bar with only one remote.

Great Picture

Love the TV but hate the remote!! Still trying to figure out how to customize the Home Screen but the TV has a great picture and wall mounted it’s the perfect size for my family room!
