Little disappointed

Disappointed. After setting up the TV, everything works fine for about a month and then the TV all of a sudden has no sounds. The TV had to be turned off several times and then the sounds came back. TV works fine and the it happened again few days later with sounds distorted. Restarted the TV again twice, nothing works. Waited few hours as I needed to go out, sounds returned when I got back and turned the unit back on. Obviously there was some defective someone. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to engaged customer service with the issues as I had family issues to take care of. This is my second Sam Sung TV in the house. First one still functioning well purchased 5 yrs ago. I can’t say he same for this latest one even though it supposed to be better than the previous one that I have

There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. Bad decision

It’s sometimes difficult to operate and the sound is not consistent. To goes up and down, appears that the volume increases excessively during commercials. I have had multiple Samsung TVs in the past that didn’t have this problem. I find it difficult to find the previous program I was watching if I changed to another app.

There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Crazy good.

Have the model for 8 months and couldn’t be happier. Samsung is now the only tv we buy. Nothing else beats the quality and reliability that Samsung delivers every time. Learned this from production company I work for. We had sixty in stock for clients and conventions. Never a problem. That’s hard to say in Today’s world!

The features are amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Are really enjoyed.The options between the different picture ones that they have and I.Also , really enjoyed the really Chris sound that it carried although I test the soundboard for my optical media oi put Android.The wifi can be connected from quite part throughout the house and my device was Connected to it. I also enjoy that I get all the apps that I really like on there like Disney plus

Poor sound

I bought this because I wanted to get a larger TV. I’m pleased with the size and the color, but I am not pleased with the volume. Some channels will blow your ears off while others. You have to turn it up to a maximum level to even hear you never know which way it’s going to be.

Great TV, horrible remote

The TV is great, but I really dislike the remote. It's so thin and light it ends up falling off soft surfaces like the bed and couch. It doesn't have many buttons so you have to toggle through a lot to get somewhere. Our other two Samsung tvs have the same remotes now this one is totally different.

Nice picture but...

This TV has a great picture, but we seem to be having a recurring problem with at least one streaming provider - Peacock - in which the TV seems to be hung while attempting to search Peacock for a show title. Only way to clear the hang is to physically unplug the TV from the wall; merely turning it off with the remote doesn't do the job. We are researching how to properly manage firmware updates for this beast.

Great television. I am frustrated with the processing speeds, when Samsung has the best processor in the world known as "Snapdragon". Well then it should be in your television markets as well. Other than that issue, I have been a Samsung television owner for years, and will continue...

Great Deal for the money

This is my 2nd DU7200, the 1st was for my wife which is the 55" model, the DU7200 have a amazing UI, entry level HDR, great for gaming with a great color gamut, the Samsung hub is a plus, great connectivity with Smarthings eco-system, the sound is also great, many apps. We have a Qled on the living room, which have the best image quality ever, the DU7200 is a great deal for the money

This TV has amazing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product we use in the family room. The picture quality is mesmerizing. Amazing features. We are able to stream our favorite Netflix series. Then easily to access apps as well as switch over to gaming for the boys.
