We bought this in May 2020. It was fairly easy to assemble. Upon arrival, several pieces of the twirly slide were cracked. We were immediately sent new parts. The blender toy basically stopped working the first time it got wet. We got a new one, and the same thing happened again. A couple weeks ago (about a year after we bought it), my daughter came in to tell us that a screw fell out. It was one that holds the swing up. Not sure exactly why it just fell out. Overall, we love the playground. It was easy to assemble and my kids spend hours playing on it.

I Put this together by myself a hour or so a day after work, took me about a week. Instructions were well laid out. The only issue i had was the tube slide. That was a little too much alone. Having two or more people would make it a breeze to put together in an afternoon or 2. Everything works great and the kids love it. I Recommend.

We installed this playscape a month or two ago for our 3 year old granddaughter and she loves it !!! My son in law and I built the playscape in a few days. Lots of parts but good instructions and fairly easy to put together.. Was definitely a great purchase!!! We recommend this playscape!

We purchased the Bristol Point model about two months ago. I took us a day to construct, and we haven't been able to get our daughter off it since! Using the Bilt app for instruction/directions was HUGE, really couldn't have made it any easier. We love the new play set and would recommend it to anyone searching them out.

I bought this playset for my three year old for Christmas. She loves it! We actually put a circle rope swing in place of the other one because our other kids are too small. The customer service was great when I needed pieces replaced. I would definitely buy this again! The little kitchen is too cute too!

Purchased on May of 2021. I assembled by myself. A handful of structural pieces were either missing or damaged upon arrival. I replicated the missing pieces out of pressure treated wood and then color matched them with the play set. Overall, it took me about 10 days with 2-3hrs a day to assemble by myself. I would definitely recommend not trying to do the tube slide solo because it got a bit tricky trying to balance the slide and tighten bolts alone. Otherwise the directions and packaging were detailed and succinct.

My 3 year old absolutely loves being outside, but we don't have a huge yard and the play grounds were closing due to the virus. I bought this for her birthday and she loves it! Both slides work great, and the swings are on a very sturdy frame. She loves the mini rock climbing wall as well! Hours of entertainment, easily. We bought her a kitchen food set to go with the play kitchen as well. The only con is that it is hard to put together, but that was expected since it's so big! Instructions were good, though.

We purchased it as soon as it came in stock. We had a BBQ and a few of us put it together in a day. Kids love it. Has lots of features all the parts, and is easy to put together. We have had it for 2 months and the kid loves it. From one kid to 4 kids they are going to have loads of fun with this unit. We were very surprised at the quality for the price. All the tools were included but we had added some power tools for quicker assembly. You will not regret purchasing this one.

Both my kids (8 and 2) enjoy this playground. It is made sturdy and has many different things to do on it. My little girl loves the grill to cook pretend food. My son enjoys the swing house and the tubular slide!

This swing set gets 5 stars. The kids love it, it was long but easy to follow the directions and good quality. I read in other reviews that the wood can split but we did not have that issue. My requirement was 2 slides and we got a cute bonus outdoor play kitchen underneath the swing set. I love it, they love it... worth every penny!
