My dad bought this for my sister's daughter's in Missouri there 4 and 1 years old they love it. The kitchen makes sound. Oh and the love the tunnel slide. I liked it so much my dad bought me one for my son hes not even 1 yet. I live in Wisconsin. My dad lives in Indiana so he dosen't get to see his grandkids that much. Trust me my sister and I take alot of videos and photos. Hes the best dad. He wanted to get these play centers for his grandkids and they are built to last and we will have so much fun playing on them.

Was alot to put together but the app. Is amazing in helping with step by step instructions.very well made materials will last along time. It has features for older and younger kids to enjoy. My kids play on it everyday they love it! I recommend it to anyone wanting a bigger playset for your yard.

Everything we could have hoped for! Easy to put together. It took my dad and I two days to put together with occasional help from a third person. We worked about 6-8 hours each day five or take. I was also still taking care of my children during all of this, and it was very doable! We did have some pieces damaged through the box and one piece, that we will have to call the company about to replace but it was minor. We also had to go get screws because they did not send enough of the screw that you use for all of the platforms and post by the slides, Otherwise we had no problems. I would also recommend downloading the bilt app and searching the swing to use the digital 3D instruction manual! It was very helpful when the paper copy seemed overwhelming.

Wow, there are A LOT of parts and it took three of us approximately 16 hours to put it together steadily working. The set is really well built, there are a couple of negatives, the sink faucet last one day before it broke off, the screws are not long enough and any moving of the faucet handles took it out. Some of the screws that hold the panels on are too short and the boards have popped off, I will just put a longer screw in to hold. The tie downs are not long enough. It took a lot of effort to screw them in and I will have to buy a set for Home Depot that are longer for the swing set portion. One piece of the tube slide was Cracked when we took it out of the box, but was replaced. Their customer service at Backyard Discovery was great, when I called her about the broken piece, she first registered the set, then hooked me up with the new part which was delivered in about three days. You can’t go wrong buying this, probably well worth paying the $500 to get it installed unless you have a lot of patience and like to work with your hands. My grandkids love it though and it was well worth it!

Had this playset up for about a week now(Will review in 6 months) Several things I noticed. 1. This playset is not difficult to set up compare to others that I have built. (5 stars) 2. Quality of the product (4.5 stars) 3. Nice instructions (4.0 stars - some needed more time spent to figure out) 4. Slides (5 stars) 5. Accessories (5 stars) My grand kids love to play on this set and they are 6, 5 & 1.5 years old. Overall very nice product

First off the directions are absolutely horrible. There are so many holes in each piece that you almost have to think backwards or look ahead to make sure you’re doing this right. The stamps for the identification pieces are hard to read on some pieces. The tube slide pieces have faint marking so pay close attention when putting that together. Took me about 25 hrs to put this thing together. Make sure you sort pieces by identifying numbers to save you some hassle digging through the like 500 individual boards. The wood is soft so turn the torch down on your drill. It turned out beautiful but I’ll never do it again. Also you’ll need a drill bit that folds like a L to help get in those tight spaces on the tube slide. Trust me!! Overall she loves it so the blood sweat and tears was worth it I guess.

I am docking a star because it took much longer to assemble than the “8 hours and two people” that the BILT app reports as required for the assembly of this play set. The pre-drilled holes were also not aligned in several areas, creating some hiccups along the way. My husband and his father are very handy, and it took them about 3.5 full days to assemble. However, once it’s completed, it’s cute as can be! Our toddler loves it and we know it will be used by our kids for many years to come!

Once it's all put together, this playset is awesome. I bought it for my 3 year old son and all of his cousins, and they all love it. Putting it together was a huge pain in the rear, though. Directions say it takes 2 people 11 hours to complete--my husband owns his own construction company and this playset took us well over 11 hours. There are so many small pieces that could have come assembled to speed up the process, but instead they make the purchaser assemble them. And the tube slide....that is what nightmares are made of. The instructions are kind of all over the place, but they do get the job done which I guess is the important part.

Paid $400.00 for Assembly. Assembly would take 45 days to happen. Canceled assembly and undertook the task with the family. We took our time and had it up in a couple of days. 3 y/o is pleased!! STILL waiting for Sams to refund $400.00. Have called 6 going on 7 times with no resolution.

It’s a very cute play set. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem very sturdy. I guess it’s sturdy enough, but it feels like if the kids play too rough... and my kids play ROUGH... that it would break. It’s only been a few days that we have had it together. The kids are having a lot of fun. The kitchen is really cool with a grill, pots, and food. All in all, I think it’s really nice. But nice doesn’t matter if it’s not sturdy. Time will tell. If it holds up it will be worth the money. I’m going to be really upset it it doesn’t.
