Receiving our playground took maybe close to a week of the most. We had to have the whole tube slide replaced because it was damaged but I was so satisfied with the claims department associates who kept in constant touch with me on sending out another slide and we got it within 3 days. It took my husband and I 3 days to put playground together once we got tube slide. There is a number to call and have someone come out and put together for you but we decided to save some money and put together ourselves. Yes it was a little rough in some areas but with patience we got it done and we actually enjoyed doing it ourselves. Every nail, bolt, nut, board, etc was there. EVERYTHING you needed to put playground together is supplied. Our kids LOVE and are enjoying it! We truly feel the price we paid was perfect. The quality of the wood is great. I highly recommend this playground. Wish we would of just ordered from Sam’s before ordering and having to get a refund on one very similar on Amazon. It took over a month to get it and it never made it to us so I was very upset and got refunded. If you’re debating about getting this one GET IT!!! I am impressed all around and we’re completely satisfied with it!

This is a great playset for small kids, especially with all the extras! The quality of the wood is not the best because it seems so brittle. You have to be super careful with the drill! Even when swinging or walking up the steps, it sounds like the wood is cracking/popping. We will definitely seal/stain it soon in effort to improve it's durability. My biggest suggestion would be this: pay for professional installation if you can! It was an absolute nightmare for us. It does not take much skill, it is just extremely tedious. My husband had to do most of it by himself, but I helped out when I could and it took us almost 3 whole days. One of the very last steps (assembling and attaching the tube slide) was the worst. I would recommend assembling the tube slide ahead of time.... before you get 3 days in and have hardly any patience left! The biggest problem was that the opening of our tube slide was mishaped, so it would not fit into the attachment hole on the platform. We tried everything to no avail, so we finally had to temporarily remove the H11 rail in order to get the tube slide into place. Then when we put the H11 rail back on, it left a small gap in the corner because the tube slide opening was taller on one side. The only other issue we have with parts is the swinging door to the kitchen. It doesn't close all the way. It seems like the hinge stop is preventing it from lining up with the door frame. It even bothers our 3 year old because she keeps trying to "close the door" all the way. Also, if you elect to self install using the Bilt app, be mindful that the steps are not numbered the same as in the manual. My husband preferred the paper instructions, but I preferred the app. So it was pretty difficult for us stay on track when we were working together. Overall, we like the design and it looks great when everything is put together. Kids absolutely love it, so those 3 days of torment were all worth it in the end! :)

For the price, the quality seems acceptable. The kids love it. But as others have said, 8 hour assembly time with 2 people is complete nonsense. It's more like 20 hours + another 4 hours for the slide. On the bright side, the instructions were very clear, no parts were missing, and they included extras for all hardware. The best advice I have is regarding the tube slide. Do not even attempt by yourself. Make sure you have at least 2, ideally 3 people. Build the entire slide with zip ties and make sure you have it right before putting any bolts in. We found that to be very efficient (but still took 2.5 hour with 3 people). Don't think you can go wrong for the price, good luck.

The product looks like the picture. Putting together can be a challenge for one person and this is a two day project. I didn't give this project 4 stars because I ran out of some screws and had too many of other screws. The stove which requires a battery didn't work but upon further discovery showed a disconnected wire, (don't have a solder).

Great price and extremely high quality playset. We were blown away by the quality of the wood and how it all went together, especially for the price. Directions were easy to follow and all hardware is bagged individually making it easy to find the right peices. Highly recommend this brand.

It is perfect for the space. I did build it myself, so it took me a while, but definitely worth it! The only issue I had was with the bay window. The frame came premade and so did the plastic peaces for the window, but once built, it did not fit. I did have to finagle the pieces and eventually got something to work! All in all, a great purchase!

Instructions were good and easy to follow. Wood seems a little soft. We’ll see how long it will last.

Great playset!! We have 4 kids ages 2-9 and they love it! I reviewed sets like this for a year before deciding. I'm happy to say it was a great choice!

Absolutely do not buy these swing sets from Sam's Club. When ours was delivered it was pitched in the driveway in the pouring down rain and we paid the extra $1000 to have assembled and nobody reached out to set up a time and when we called Sams customer service we were told they have nothing to do with the swing sets they just sell them for a third party. Shame on Sam's Club

I never received any tracking info but was delivered and left close to the road for everyone to see not very professional. I just hope that it is a lot better product than the delivery was. haven't put it together yet may have to post another review after it's put together hopefully a better one. I'm just glad someone didn't just pull and get it because I would have never would have known that it had been delivered. it still not showing any tracking info
