Guys, when you buy this playground set, DO NOT buy the whole package which has them build it for you. My set arrived on July 6th but the builder messaged me saying they wouldn't be there to build it right away since it was summer and they were very booked out, which i understand. They scheduled me to the 26th, Tuesday. The set has been sitting in my garage for over 2 weeks. And now only 2 days left for them to come build it, they messaged me AGAIN saying because of the heat they can't come on Tuesday, and rescheduled me all the way to August. I went to talk to a worker at my local Sam's club and she said she can't help me with it, since the builders are a third party, they can't be touch! But i bought and paid thru Sam's website, i didn't hire these people to come build it for me, SAM's CLUB DID, and they're not taking responsibility because the builders were a third party. How does that make any sense? This is such a horrible experience.

It is perfect for the space. I did build it myself, so it took me a while, but definitely worth it! The only issue I had was with the bay window. The frame came premade and so did the plastic peaces for the window, but once built, it did not fit. I did have to finagle the pieces and eventually got something to work! All in all, a great purchase!

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because some of the pieces were not marked clear. This was a great deal, but be prepared. There are a lot of pieces and it takes 2/3 days to put together.

My kid loves playing on it. Plenty of things to keep him busy and it held up with 8 kids playing on it. But be warned setting it up take ALOT of time (6 people 8 hrs) make sure you follow the directions

I bought this item for my two girls, and they LOVE it! They are climbing, swinging, going down the two slides, and using the gymnastics bar/handles to perform stunts.

I wrote an initial positive review for this playset but it is now a year old and it is literally falling apart. We have a whole collection of broken pieces. We are going to have to inventory the parts and order replacements. It seems as if this may be a year thing.

We got this swing set for my son’s 3rd birthday. It states that it takes 11 hours to assemble, we were 6 days in before we got it together. Several boards were to short, some of the holes weren’t drilled out, and 1/3 of the boards split. We had to make our own boards out of 2x4’s which is the only strong boards in the whole swing set. The boards are so thin and brittle we wouldn’t let but a two kids on it at a time. Two were swinging and we could hear the board that connects the swing to the frame crackle as if it were being pulled away from the frame boards. I’m just sick to think of how much we paid for this box of match sticks and a few nut and bolts. Buyer beware, don’t buy from this company.

Product was delivered with one of the 5 boxes being completely ripped apart so we hope that we have all the parts. However, we wouldn't know at this point because it is still sitting in our driveway weeks later. After 3 calls to GoConfigure, each time I am told they are leaving a voicemail and texting the local installer and they will call me back, each time NO ONE even calls me back. No telling how long it will take to even get an installation date scheduled at this point. I'll update this review if things change, but at this point Sam's Club should not be selling assembly services if they cannot ensure the quality of the service being offered. I'm even ok with waiting, but at least return my calls when you say you will and schedule a date. At this point I would caution anyone with purchasing this product with any sort of assembly included.

Absolutely do not buy these swing sets from Sam's Club. When ours was delivered it was pitched in the driveway in the pouring down rain and we paid the extra $1000 to have assembled and nobody reached out to set up a time and when we called Sams customer service we were told they have nothing to do with the swing sets they just sell them for a third party. Shame on Sam's Club

It’s a nice looking playground once it’s set up. My husband and I (mostly my husband) were able to set this up in about 3 1/2 days. This is with 2 toddlers at home so maybe we woulda finished sooner if it was just us. There was 3 boards that were defective so we had to call the company. They were able to send us the boards but it took 5 days to arrive. Then we had to call again because our package was opened when we received it and 2 boards were missing. Because of all the frustration we had setting up the playset, i had to rate it 4 stars. It wasn’t too hard to set up but it definitely takes time. Other than that, we haven’t had it for a long time and I just sealed it with the wood water sealant so I’m hoping it lasts.
