We got this swing set during the height of the pandemic when shipping was completely backed up. It took forever to get to us but it is a beautiful set and is made from quality materials. My kids love it! Highly recommend getting it professionally installed because it is quite complicated to put together.

I bought this last fall and my daughter loves it. I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a new swing set. It does take some time to get together, if this isn't something you're comfortable doing I'd definitely recommend hiring somebody to but it together.

Bought this play set for the twins 3rd birthday they have loved playing on it during these summer days. Really happy with the purchase and the sound structure when putting it together. Assembly was not too difficult. Took me a day with my brother. Was just like putting together a lego set. Great purchase for the kids to have some safe outdoor fun in the comfort of your own backyard.

Bought this play set for my two year old in April and it arrived in May. My husband was able to put it together by himself for the most part but did have some help with putting one of the slides together. My son really loves his new play set, and it has held up well so far.

Great swing set! The slides are amazing! The assembly is really straight forward and just takes some time but anyone could do it. I did half of the assembly myself without help and the other half my wife helped and it took around 16-17 hours. The tube assembly is the worst part as it just takes time and make sure to pay attention to the directions. Use the BILT app for assembly and it makes it extremely easy to not miss something. Don't waste money paying someone to assemble as it is not hard and does not need a carpenter or a professional to assemble.

I was really expecting it to be very wobbly. But for an adult man weighing around 240lbs, I felt very safe and confident when standing inside the clubhouse part of it to put the roof on. Also the swings supported my weight very well, Of course after building it I just had to swing with my little girl on it for a while. I wish there were less varieties of bolts and screws maybe 3 of each but that might be an safety or engineering thing that's way over my head. Anyway I 'am Very pleased with it and my baby girl loves it so that's all that matters to me

It looks nice, but the house is rather small (at max only 2 kids will fit on the upper or lower floor). The wood is very light low quality. There are a lot of pieces in which the screws and holes don't match.. The floor pieces were cut wrong and the holes for screws and floor base do not match (creating a 1in gap to the side). Husband is pretty handy and he will buy extra wood to fix the issue. Also, a lot of screws and bolts are stripped so they don't get tightened. Overall we are very disappointed. For the price I could've gotten the kidkraft castlewood since it actually has a good sized house (even adults fit there) and seems more sturdy.

I bought this when it seemed every swing set in the country was out of stock. It was slightly bigger, more elaborate, and more money than I wanted to spend, but I'm thrilled with it-worth every penny! My girls, ages 6 years and 18 months, love it. The kitchen set downstairs includes a grill, sink, stove, pans, utensils, and food. This was a fun surprise that my children have really enjoyed. I'm 5'8'' and can stand up inside the top part. Assembly was tedious but not difficult. It took us 8 days to finish-working an hour or two after dinner each night. I recommend you use both the app and booklet of instructions. Unpack all the pieces and organize them first. If you'll be taking multiple days to assemble like we did, you should also organize the hardware-perhaps in a rain-proof container. The hardware was all individually packaged and clearly labeled. We were missing several screws but got some equivalent ones from the local hardware store. Most packages contained extras, so I think we were just unlucky with our missing screws. Be sure to drill holes in places where they are not pre-drilled for you to avoid the wood splitting. The instructions only mention this in the front of the booklet and don't remind you in the steps. I am so happy that we bought this playset, and I'm looking forward to years of backyard fun.

We bought because our old one was so worn out. And wow! The hours of fun this has already been. I have kids ages 13 all the way down to 2 and they all play on it. Building took a bit, but husband is very particular but it was so worth it in the end!!

We purchased this for our kiddos after the playhouse that (came with the house) was literally falling apart. My kids LOVE this play set!!! The cooking area is a big hit (although after a little while/rain the things stop working) we just tell them to use their imagination and it's fine! The enjoy the top part and they especially love that there are two slides! I would definitely recommend purchasing this play set! :)
