Wood splintered when drilling together, especially the rock wall! Pieces warped and some “pre drilled” holes didn’t line up and pieces of wood wrong size. Bolts for wavy slide were not long enough to go through the pre made floor it attaches to. Or floor was built wrong so there was extra wood to go through. Instructions were not the greatest, tunnel slide was horrible to put together! On the positive side my kids do enjoy themselves. Really hoped for better quality for money spent. Thankfully it was on sale so saved some money, and sadly only option to buy due to everything was sold out.

Nice product but hard to put together since some numbers on the pieces are hard to read. The tube slide was probably the hardest. Instructions are not the best instead of using paper Instructions you should download the app look for the item and the Instructions are there step by step. We had a few broken pieces. Overall the playground is great. Delivery guy was awesome but they should send at least 2 guys to deliver items like this.

Bought this in May, daughter and her friend installed this a couple of weeks ago. Took them about a day and a half to finish. Grandsons absolutely love it. So do their friends. Features are fantastic, love the two slides and just everything about this set. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered this playground for my 2 year old son after looking for days for the perfect playground that had all the features I wanted. After hearing horror stories about installing it yourself and how long it took, we decided to buy it with the assembly. I can’t say enough good things about it all! The playground came a week and a half early, the installers called as soon as it was delivered and actually began setting up the playground the day it got here! We went on a trip and when we got home, it was finished. My 2 year old absolutely LOVES it and it seems so sturdy!! My husband, my in laws, and I have all gone down both slides with no problems and it seems like the swings are nice and sturdy. Our son cooks about 75 hot dogs every time he plays and makes us “milkshakes” with the blender! Highly recommend!

It took me a couple of days 2 1/2 a few hours a day to fully build between work and building. When complete my grandson and guest ages 4-8 years old had a blast and kids did not want to stop playing. I called the manufacturer regarding a part and they have great customer service shipping me out a part that was damaged from freight company. The sales representative said remember to seal the Wood now that’s its complete which was not in the instructions however thankful said mentioned it because it should be common since, but not for me. Thompson wood sealer with my sprayer did a great job.

Very cute play set! Nice design, but not simple to put together. my biggest complaint would be the instructions. several pieces had to be taken apart and turned upside down or rather right side up to make them work right but the instructions don't tell you which way they go. Very frustrating! Other than that some of the material could be a little heavier but over all a really nice set.

When we received the play set, a couple boards were already cracked. I’m assuming do to shipping When assembling the play set, it took us 6 hours with 5 people to put it together. If you are assembling this swing set with 2 people, I would say start early morning. It’s gonna take a full day and a lot of patience to put it together. In the end it’s a pretty good swing set for the price it is. Also definitely go by the ages that are rated for this swing set. I don’t think it would hold up for any older.

We ordered this playset about 2 months ago. The delivery was fairly quick. It initially came without the tube slide, but the delivery company arranged to have it arrive a few days later without issue. The assembly was fairly easy, but we did have some issues with the rock wall going together properly and the tube slide. I feel the rock wall and ladder could be a little better quality wood since they seem to get the most traffic with that being the way to climb up. The kids love the little kitchen at the bottom. However, the burner and blender stopped working about a week after we got it because it rained. Those could be designed better since it’s intended to be outdoors. Overall, it’s a very nice set and the kids love it. Looks very cute in our backyard : )

My almost 3 year old loves this playset. It took us 3-4 days (few hours here and there) and 2-3 people to put tougher. The tube slide was a PAIN in the... but we got it done. But it was a serious nightmare. Hopefully it will last many years to be worth it!

The set looks good, I can tell it probably won’t last many many years as the wood is a bit cheaper quality. Our “professional” installers installed a bunch of the wood slats backward so the branding numbers or markings is on the outside of the set instead of the inside in some places. Minor detail but a little annoying. Kids absolutely love it and overall I’d say it was worth it
