The swing arrived damage from a forklift but the 800 number replaced the damage parts takes a long time to build instructions could be easier to follow if items was better markings are if left right front and back was used for a lot of small items could have been pre assembled customer service was great

Beautiful Play Set. It took myself and 3 teens (we are all very handy) 10 hrs in 115 degree heat in AZ. Now that did not count the extra 5 more hours for the twisty slide alone. OH BOY, that was fun. The instructions were clear and understandable. 1 or 2 small errors in them, but easily figured out. ITS BIG :).

So very happy to see the excitement on my grandkids faces when they finally could use their new playground equipment! Must note that everything went super smooth from ordering to delivery to assembly! Awesome product and will look to this company in the future for other purchases!

This swing set is fantastic! My son-in-law and daughter put it together over the course of a few days, including grading and filling the appropriate area underneath the set and adding rubber mulch pellets. My granddaughters ages five and two and a half love it! Great opportunities for creative play and the 2 slides are fantastic. Also great potential for "really high, higher!" swinging. I really appreciated that the set was delivered even though I ordered it at the beginning of the covid shutdown. This has made staying at home feel like a treat!

So far, overall, we are pleased with the playset. However, you must have a lot of time and a lot of patience assembling it. It comes in hundreds of pieces (including hardware). It states that 2 people can put it together in 8 hours. This is not the case. We received it 4 days ago, and the first box we opened contained a damaged wooden panel. We called and they are sending a new panel. It is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. In the meantime, so far, from the minute you start opening the boxes, sorting out all the pieces and hardware, and looking at the 98-page instruction manual, it has taken 2 people 22 hours. That's not counting the additional hours it will take once the new panel arrives. We can't attach the green tunnel slide until the wooden panel arrives. 2 people. 22 hours. So far. But overall, we are enjoying the rest of the playset. I think it is worth the price we paid and the kids love it. Just be sure you have lots of time and patience and the smiles and laughter of the kids makes it all worthwhile.

We got this for my 3 year old granddaughter. It is late June in Texas and the temperature is in the mid 90’s. She will not come inside. She absolutely loves this play set! The slides are fun and she has a great time in the kitchen. I like the way the mixer works and the sounds the skill pans the pot makes. Fairly simple to put together. We used both the BILT app and the written directions. We had to correct ourselves a couple of times due to some boards looking exactly alike but were left/right specific. Again, temperature in the mid 90’s was a bit of a challenge for 60+ year old grandparents to build but we did it in 3 days. It is well made and will hopefully last many years. I highly recommend it!

Good-sized playset for the money. Assembly went well, but there is a large amount of hardware involved and took us about 16 hours from start to finish. Very few issues during assembly that were easy to handle and everything fit as it should. Hope to get many years of use out of it.

I bought this play structure for my 2 yr old grandson, and was really pleased with everything about it. It is beautifully designed and very sturdy. All the details are very thoughtful, and it has many different things to keep kids’ interest At first the big boxes and number of pieces that arrived felt daunting. But if you are methodical about following the directions, and careful to make sure you use the right piece of wood at each step, it’s pretty easy to assemble.

In general a great swing set. It is a million piece puzzle that took me by myself a week to put together at about 4 hours a day for 5 days. I did not like the picture directions at all they were not clear or easy to follow. I can say my granddaughters love it and it was well worth the trouble of putting it together. They wood seems some what soft but we shall see how it holds up.

Could not put together with only one person, need at least two. Took us 2-3 days to put together. 3-year-old granddaughter loves it. She is the perfect age for it. It is a very cute set. The kitchen section is adorable. Would recommend to anyone with children under 6.
