Have had this for our kids for 2 years when it was only $1100. It is made cheap and has completely fallen apart so much so that we are returning our play set that looks like we have had it for 20 years and won't be buying another Discovery brand again.

Love this swing set and an awesome company to purchase from. We received the swing set and noticed the front slide was missing. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement. That one got lost also. They called me to let me know it was lost and another replacement would be sent out. My husband and son in law put the sing set together (took about 8hrs) but everything else was there and in perfect condition. We received the front slide and a Mastercard gift card for our trouble. The swing set is perfect, the grandkids love it, and the company has the best customer service!

Well, we were very excited to get this playset for our son. Paid extra to have the GoFigure Company install it because I knew we would not have the time. They had a hard time putting it together (even shared this was their first time putting a playset together). After this comment, I had to really do a thorough inspection. Both slides were installed incorrectly. Multiple screws are missing from the slide. Actually, the long slide is being held by 2 wrong screws. Many areas of wood striped. I have called the Go Configure company, Sam's and Backyard Discovery, and have yet had anyone come to inspect this playset. Would have been better to install it myself, then it would have been done correctly even if it took multiple weekends. Customer service is lacking in all companies involved!

Absolutely love this swingset. It is sturdy, durable and comes with so many different activities for kids. We spend many hours in the backyard with this set. Customer service is second to none. We had one broken and one missing part and new ones were sent out next day delivery no questions asked. If you're considering this swingset just get it! Its well worth the money and your kids will get years of enjoyment out of it.

Looked forever & finally settled on this set. It arrived sooner than predicted but all 5 boxes were left at the bottom of our driveway without notice. Four of the boxes were very heavy. I want to be clear: this is NOT a simple 2-person construction. It took 3-4 people (2 were engineers) to build this over two days. The tube slide took one person between 6-8 hours, alone. Everything needs assembled; nothing that I could tell was "pre-assembled". Despite claiming cedar, the wood does not feel consistent with the cedar playsets we've seen in person. Once the construction was completed, we noticed it sways with two kids swinging (they are way under the weight limit (3 kids under 7) & concerning with all 3 on the playset. It sways so much it pulls on the clubhouse & regular slide. It is level & anchored. We double checked the bolts/screws to ensure they were tight & they were. It has continued & a month later it's extremely creaky--so much so I'm concerned about stability of this playset. There were a few pieces that arrived damaged & the bar that the swings are attached to is cracked the entire length. Overall, I am very disappointed that the money & time that went into this now requires follow up with the company and concerns of durability and quality. I would strongly caution others before buying this unit.

Not only is this swingset really functional with different play areas, it is also the prettiest swingset I've ever seen. Having two slides is great for big play days and kids can usually find something to entertain themselves with no matter their play style. A few tips for assembly that took some prep time but that saved us in the long run: 1) use a good quality wood sealer and paint it on all the pieces, front and back, before assembly. Way easier to do this way instead of waiting until everything is assembled 2) buy cheap plastic bags and pre-sort the hardware by phase and step. This took about 2 hours to do, but saved SO much time when we went to assemble. No hunting, just grab a bag and go. 3) have one person grabbing the wood and hardware for the next step while one person is assembling. Stopping and starting to gather things breaks the flow

4 days to assemble - 1 man with minimal assistance from my 4 ft tall mother to hold something upright. (8hrs day 1, 3 hours day 2, 8 hours day 3, 6 hours day 4) - i am relatively handy which basic home repairs, but i was absolutely exhausted by the end of this journey. I cracked the wood while assembling the climbing wall - had to glue it back together, wait a few hours and drill new holes. Used a 12 ft step ladder to hold the swingset portion in place and drill on the roof, needed impact drill and driver, used a saw 1 time because i couldn't something to fit neatly. Crawled in and out of tower to screw in the flooring and kitchen set from the inside - it was not pleasant even as fun sized 5' 6'' ft. man. The most infuriating part was the ridiculous amount of different sized screws and the need to switch between a phillips and star bit at EVERY single step. There might be over 50 different screws and bolts, all parts were located in 3-4 boxes - I have concluded that there is no other explanation to this madness unless the engineer who designed this playground is a sadist. Organization is KEY. The tube slide challenged my will to continue building this set with the sheer amount of bolts it required to assemble it - I may have lost 1-2 hours doing the 1000 yard stare. I spent the time to level my land as I moved from one phase to the next. Grab a friend to test their loyalty, as it should be a two day job with two competent people. I think the wood is solid (for the money) - I like the design and the two slides, i felt that the swing portion is high quality. The kitchen below is a fun addition. My 3 year old daughter loves it so it was all worth it in the end.

I bought this for my grandson and he loves it.

be prepared for 2 to 3 people to out together the spiral slide. everything else can be done with 1 to 2 people

The wood does not hold up and pieces were broken. Have had the play set for a year and it is falling apart.
