First, DO NOT put together yourself unless you have to. It took four professionals 14 hours to put it together. Wood quality is not the best but when all put together, it is very sturdy. This is perfect for my two year old to grow into. The height is a little scary for him and the round slide is a little bif but he loves playing on the swings and the kitchen area underneath. This will probably fit him up until 8ish years old but then I'd be worried the wood couldn't handle him, if it lasts that long. Overall, great set for the price.

My husband and I purchased this May 2020, and we have been happily surprised. All parts and pieces seem well made and assemble together well. Great quality. The only negative thing is that the assembly takes FOREVER. My husband and I both work office jobs full time, so we are not super handy and it took us at least a full week to assemble all the pieces together. DEFINITELY recommend the Built App that guides you step by step, otherwise the directions were somewhat hard to follow.

I was really expecting it to be very wobbly. But for an adult man weighing around 240lbs, I felt very safe and confident when standing inside the clubhouse part of it to put the roof on. Also the swings supported my weight very well, Of course after building it I just had to swing with my little girl on it for a while. I wish there were less varieties of bolts and screws maybe 3 of each but that might be an safety or engineering thing that's way over my head. Anyway I 'am Very pleased with it and my baby girl loves it so that's all that matters to me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether taking a spin in the looped slid or climbing the rock wall, we can tell our daughter enjoys all the different features of this Swingset. The feature we did not expect was the play kitchen has sound effects. However, while this feature is cool, it took one rain to totally ruin these toys from working. Not a big deal, but discouraging when our daughter did enjoy the sounds and actions of the toys.

We purchased the Bristol Point model about two months ago. I took us a day to construct, and we haven't been able to get our daughter off it since! Using the Bilt app for instruction/directions was HUGE, really couldn't have made it any easier. We love the new play set and would recommend it to anyone searching them out.

Although delivery was a nightmare the product itself is awesome! So awesome we decided we needed to add another child to our family so another child gets to use it as well! My husband put it together all by himself with no problems, I just stayed away during the process!

The product description clearly states "16 pre-assembled panels." This is far from accurate. Most of the labels require full assembly. There are hundreds of parts, pieces, and boards that come with this. While the instructions are excellent, itnis far from "pre-assembled." The description needs to be corrected so that people know what they are getting themselves into.

My grandaughter loves it so far but we are missing the pots and pans and a blender attachment I guess. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Bristol set back in May, in the midst of the quarantine. With a 4 year old and a 2 year old we knew it was a necessity! After looking at sets, we knew the Bristol point was the only way to go! The wood is excellent, the slides are amazing, and the hardware for the swingset is unbeatable! We are so beyond happy about our set !!

I bought this for my grandchildren and they absolutely love it. It took me about 3 weeks to complete, but I did it by myself. If I would have had some help it would have been much easier and faster. The instructions are very well written and explicit, but the project requires a great deal of organization as there are hundreds of individual pieces. Once completed, It's very sturdy and easily accomodates 6 grandkids. Our house is now a destination request for them.
