Highly recommend having two people for the build. At the very least you'll need two for the slide. Overall the app instructions were good. Pay attention to the hole placement as I had to flip boards a couple times. The slide and staking to the ground are by far the most difficult steps. Looks great and my kids are so excited.

After months of research I finally decided on purchasing the Bristol Point playset, and I am so glad I did!!! The quality is exceptional and is. If enough for my daughter for years to come! Her favorite feature is the tunnel slide and the kitchen area. My husband and I are very pleased we bought this playset. We look forward to many more year of memories and fun on it!

We are very pleased with all of the features of this playset and have recommended these products to others. The first day we checked to make sure we had all of the pieces and that none were damaged. To our dismay one of the panels had been damaged by a forklift going through the bottom of one of the boxes. This was on a Saturday, I emailed the company and we had a new one by Tuesday. Later we discovered a problem with construction of one of the top side panels which caused a roof panel to not fit correctly. Again, I emailed customer service and they sent a new one. We found the Bilt app to be very useful in giving detailed instructions and the 3-D modeling was very helpful. Our only complaint is the amount of time it actually took to put together. The manual estimates 8 hours with two people. We had two very capable people and it took us 7.5 hours to get to the point of the picture, plus unboxing and making sure we had all of the pieces which took 1.5-2 hours itself. We lost count of the total hours we worked from start to finish but it was a lot. There were a lot of times when we said it would be nice to have a third person, especially when it came to the roof panels and the tube slide.

She absolutely loves playing on it especially the pretend play with the grill and the tube slide. My husband and son in law used the video directions which were extremely helpful in assembling it. Thanks for helping us put a tremendous smile on her face.

Though this takes quite a bit of work to put together even with 2 people, the finished product is worth the work. I would say that while the bilt app helped in some cases, it would have save me a lot of headaches to add worded descriptions to paper manual. There are so many great features that work for my five year old and others that work great for my one year old. We’ve even purchased some of the extra accessories to add to the fun.

We purchased and assembled in December ‘21. After 6 months with our 3 boys (ages 2, 3, and 5), the swingset is holding up great! I contacted the customer service 1 time so far after the kitchen items were left out in the rain and they were super helpful! I highly recommend this swingset!

I was so excited when this finally came back in stock. My daughter absolutely loves it. Assembly was easy with the app and the booklet. The twisty slide was a bit challenging, but other than that it was not bad. I love all the kitchen accessories and added features like the chalkboard. We will be spending a lot more time outside as a family with this purchase!

We ordered this and had it sent to the Grandkids. They can’t even finish breakfast before asking to go play on it right after! This item shipped faster than was expected. It did arrive with some damaged pieces but customer service was awesome and they immediately sent replacement parts. I highly recommend.
