The idea that this takes 2 adults 8-10 hours to assemble is not true. My husband and son are both extremely adept at assembling and carpentry AND there were 2 of us organizing the parts for each step. We worked 9+ hours and that didn't include the slides, the swings or attaching the part the swings are on, the kitchen appliances or the anchors. The "twisty" slide instructions say it takes 3 hours alone. Once it is done...it is very nice. It would be nice is Bristol would put an arrow beside the part # to show which way is up on the part! The instructions are little vague in areas, so if you aren't familiar with reading diagrams it may take even longer. Luckily my guys were good at this.

My 3 year old absolutely loves being outside, but we don't have a huge yard and the play grounds were closing due to the virus. I bought this for her birthday and she loves it! Both slides work great, and the swings are on a very sturdy frame. She loves the mini rock climbing wall as well! Hours of entertainment, easily. We bought her a kitchen food set to go with the play kitchen as well. The only con is that it is hard to put together, but that was expected since it's so big! Instructions were good, though.

I will not lie this purchase was not smooth and easy! The initial freight delivery was missing the tube slide and had a box that was damaged resulting in broken boards, and several missing pieces. A quick call to backyard discovery and their team was on it quickly and efficiently as possible during these COVID times. While we missed set up plans for my daughters birthday we were pleased when all the replacements finally arrived and we were able to put it together! The quality of the product is wonderful, despite the tedious hours spent putting it together. It was all made worth it seeing our daughter loose her mind over her own playground! The customer service from this company far exceeds most others and was what made the whole experience bearable!

This has been a perfect pandemic purchase! our kids love it, and have been playing on it nonstop for the last month! We live in the Northeast, and the playgrounds closed due to the pandemic around mid March. Considering we have a three-year-old and five-year-old, we knew we needed to make a purchase for a backyard. The swingset is made from cedar, and is beautiful! We have received numerous complements from our neighbors! If you are looking for a swingset and look no further!

Our son is almost 2, so we started looking for a playset for him. He goes out every day and plays in the kitchen, swings, and goes down the slides. I love all the features this playset comes with...the kitchen is definitely more practical than having just a bench underneath like some models. We bought a glider to use instead of the handle bars for now until our son is older. We assembled ourself. It was not bad and the bilt app helped a lot with specific instructions and 3D visuals. One panel came damaged, but the customer service was great when we called and sent out a new piece right away with no hassle. We are very happy we bought this playset.

I purchased the backyard discovery bristol point swing set in mid-june-ish and it arrived way faster than anticipated! I didn’t pay for assembly and boy do I regret it. It took 3 people 3 days to assemble this swing set (instruction say 2 people 8 hrs). This is absolutely inaccurate. One person is a contractor and the other two are very handy. I gave it 5 stars bc it’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL and my girls LOVE IT! My 12 year old would spend all day inside of it were up to her on her phone etc. but now she voluntarily goes outside (shocker) and spends at least 2 hrs a day on the swing. My 3 yr old spends every waking moment outside LOL. I have to force her to come inside and watch a show so that I can cook lol Overall I HIGHLY recommend this STUNNING swing set! It’s super sturdy (my husband loves it too lol) and I love it too lol. The price is great for this swing set. All other similar ones were over $2500! When you get it please just hire the pros so that you don’t spend hrs and hrs in the beaming sun setting this thing up :)

My kids love this and any kid who has come over to the house has enjoyed playing in our playset. There's so much to do and so much imagination for kids! Hours of fun. The construction of it was a little difficult at times (the tube slide had to be pushed down to get it to line up) but overall once we had a system in place for the set up it wasn't too bad to put together, even if it took a couple days.

I bought this swing set and it has been assembled for a little over a month. My kiddos love it! They are ages 6, 4, and 2. There is lots to do and it keeps each of them busy for hours! I really wanted a swing set without Monkey Bars, with 3 places to swing for each of my kids, and with two slides. (My special-needs child lovingly calls the set “Two Slides!” and the nickname has stuck for all of us). Delivery to our house took longer than expected. We ordered it from Sams Club on April 16th and it wasn’t delivered until mid May, about a week later than it was estimated. Assembly went pretty flawlessly. All pieces were present. A couple pieces of wood had small splits, but we had waited so long for the set to be delivered, there was no way I was making my kids wait again for replacement pieces, especially since they weren’t huge, weight-bearing planks. The BILT app is helpful for 3D images and being able to pan around and get a 360 view when needed. The slide took a long time to put together. Directions were very good, though we needed the BILT app to clarify somethings for us. It took a whole day to assemble with two of us (I suggest having two drills handy- there are Phillips and star bits and it will help with time not having to keep changing them out) and the slide took an additional 3-4 hours for assembly. The wood isn’t flawless but it looks really nice. In some places the cedar color peeled off before assembly was complete, but not a huge deal to us. This playground gets lots of use and hopefully still will for years to come!

I built this swing set over the weekend so wanted to leave a review while it’s still fresh. To save you time and headache/back pain, organize all the hardware in numerical order and material in alphabetical order first. Also, build the tube slide before starting on the swing set. I am very mechanically inclined and did 95% of this myself. It took 18-20 hours and half of that time was trying to find the correct hardware and material for each step. I had 2 helpers the last day that started on the slide and that took them 3 hours just to build that while I finished everything else up. After all the hours to build the swing set, I wouldn’t have been happy about another 3 just for a slide. Overall the product seems great. The instructions aren’t bad, just matching each piece with each diagram was exhausting. The kids are happy and will be entered or a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether taking a spin in the looped slid or climbing the rock wall, we can tell our daughter enjoys all the different features of this Swingset. The feature we did not expect was the play kitchen has sound effects. However, while this feature is cool, it took one rain to totally ruin these toys from working. Not a big deal, but discouraging when our daughter did enjoy the sounds and actions of the toys.
