I bought this about 2 months ago. My daughter loves going to the park, and I wanted to bring the "park" to her for her birthday. Her reaction to seeing it was enough satisfaction for the large purchase. I only gave it 4 stars, because the manual says 2 people can put it together in 8 hours! It took us 4 days averaging 6 hours a day with at least 2 people working on it. We actually had 5 people working on it for close to 8 hours the first day. So not sure where their number of only 8 hours came from, but it is WAY OFF!!

I bought this when it seemed every swing set in the country was out of stock. It was slightly bigger, more elaborate, and more money than I wanted to spend, but I'm thrilled with it-worth every penny! My girls, ages 6 years and 18 months, love it. The kitchen set downstairs includes a grill, sink, stove, pans, utensils, and food. This was a fun surprise that my children have really enjoyed. I'm 5'8'' and can stand up inside the top part. Assembly was tedious but not difficult. It took us 8 days to finish-working an hour or two after dinner each night. I recommend you use both the app and booklet of instructions. Unpack all the pieces and organize them first. If you'll be taking multiple days to assemble like we did, you should also organize the hardware-perhaps in a rain-proof container. The hardware was all individually packaged and clearly labeled. We were missing several screws but got some equivalent ones from the local hardware store. Most packages contained extras, so I think we were just unlucky with our missing screws. Be sure to drill holes in places where they are not pre-drilled for you to avoid the wood splitting. The instructions only mention this in the front of the booklet and don't remind you in the steps. I am so happy that we bought this playset, and I'm looking forward to years of backyard fun.

I found the set to be fairly easy to put up, I did about 80% all by myself. Eventually you will just need the extra set of hands but nothing was too crazy. The most frustrating part was some of the hardware did not want to thread nicely which tore the soft wood pretty good. Also the boards letters/numbers that identified the piece were sometimes hard to read and easy to get backwards. But despite the back tracking here or there it was done quickly and easily and the kids love it.

My daughter loves this playset. The wood quality is not the greatest but by far the best features and frame in the industry for the price. First we sealed the wood took couple of days to get dry. My husband is a handy man so we were able to finish install in 10 hours. We had a lot of team fun together to find all puzzle pieces. I would highly recommend this set for parents!

We bought this from Sam's Club and we're super happy about it. Assembly was pretty easy with the tunnel slide being a bit challenging. Instructions were pretty straight forward, but I didn't care too much about the app. We went the extra mile to give it a new paint color and decked it out with lights and flower boxes.

I chose this model instead and I am thrilled with it! More importantly, my granddaughter loves it! She always loves going to the park, and she now calls this “Good Park”! The quality of the product is outstanding, it was packaged and shipped with care and unlike most unassembled products, NO parts were missing!! Our extended family spent the beginning of a fun Memorial Weekend setting this up. It was labor intensive, but not difficult. Having people work on different sections helped speed things along. I would suggest water-sealing several weeks before assembling, Thompson’s Water Seal took a little longer to dry than I expected. Quality, safe and fun playset. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love this swingset. It is sturdy, durable and comes with so many different activities for kids. We spend many hours in the backyard with this set. Customer service is second to none. We had one broken and one missing part and new ones were sent out next day delivery no questions asked. If you're considering this swingset just get it! Its well worth the money and your kids will get years of enjoyment out of it.

We purchased in the winter finally got around to setting up late Spring. The boxes arrived in good condition. All parts & pieces accounted for. Thank God. It took my spouse and I well over 15 hours to setup and we are no experts. Online videos were helpful as the manual. Had to enlist the help of my dad who is very handy to level the swing set since we have steady sloped grade. When ended up adding a floor to the kitchen space since over time it will be muddy without mulch. Over Memorial Day we had 7 kids play at once. Ages ranging from 18 months to 9 years and all were able to play with all the neat features. I use a small plastic bin to keep the battery operated toys from the rain to last when not in use. Our neighbors even commented how beautiful the swing set is. We couldn’t agree more. Multifunctional, well engineered, & nice too look at! If you are debating on purchasing don’t hesitate! You won’t regret it!!

I am unable to assemble myself and have to pay as I have no one that can do for free. There are a lot of pieces that should come assembled. Ridiculous number of parts and hardware. This took over 14 hours and unexpected time equals unexpected costs. I never thought Id need a contingency amount for assembly.
