The powders both easily mix in with water with no clumping or chalky tastes or consistency. Strawberry Kiwi- this flavor is the worse of the two but definitely not bad. The taste is more strawberry forward while the kiwi is subtle. Tropical Punch- this flavor is delicious and I would buy a whole box of it. Taste fruity but not overpowering. Both are sugar free which is a plus and both keep you feeling energized and refreshed even during an intense workout 8/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flash I.V. Electrolyte powder stick is an absolute lifesaver! 🌟 I’m blown away by how effective it is at keeping me hydrated, especially after a tough workout or a long day. The flavors are spot-on, not too sweet, and it dissolves super quickly in water. I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte drinks, but this one truly stands out in terms of both taste and convenience. It’s become a daily essential for me—whether I’m at the gym, on a hike, or just need a quick pick-me-up, Flash I.V. has me covered. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay energized and hydrated!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried both the Strawberry Kiwi and the Tropical Punch. I mixed with ~16-20oz of water and both flavors were very sweet. The powders mixed well with water. I preferred the Strawberry Kiwi and it tasted better (less sweet) with more water added. I’d like to see more salt in the electrolyte content.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taste is not great at all, very salty and weird taste. This is maybe for an athletic that doesn’t care for taste but for someone just looking for a quick electrolyte boost with good taste, this is not it! The watermelon was atrocious tasting and the other one was just barely tolerable. Not recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electrolyte powder tastes great. It wasn’t too sweet and just the right amount of saltiness that I felt like it actually helped to hydrate me. The packaging was easy to tear open which makes it nice for on the go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the strawberry kiwi mix. I like that it has zero sugar and so many electrolytes. It is only a 10 cal as well, which is great. I would prefer a different flavor, however. Maybe a watermelon or lemon.

I can’t pick a favorite yet because they both taste amazing! If you have a bigger water bottle these are perfect, if you are using a standard size I’d use 2 bottles.
