The body armor powder mix was strawberry kiwi flavored, and both the strawberry and kiwi flavors were very distinct. There was a slight salt taste as well, but being I like salt on my strawberries, I really enjoyed this drink! I mixed the drink in a 16.9oz bottle of warm water and then poured it over a glass of ice. It was refreshing and tasted great. Even though this is a sports drink and not an energy drink, it still gave me a slight boost of energy. There was honestly nothing about this drink that I did not enjoy! Way to go, Body Armor, on a scale of 1 to 10, you get a firm 9 1/2!!!!!! You definitely won my business from here on!

The tropical punch flavor was my favorite. You can add these to 16-32oz. of water. The ratio that I ended up liking the best was to add one packet to 32 oz of water. The flavor was best when using cold water, it didn’t taste as good when I tried it at room temperature. Overall I was satisfied with the flavor and effectiveness of this drink mix and would try it again.

I can’t pick a favorite yet because they both taste amazing! If you have a bigger water bottle these are perfect, if you are using a standard size I’d use 2 bottles.
