I tried many different brands of electrolytes, and this one has the greatest amount of potassium and magnesium. I have an electrolyte deficiency, and this brand keeps me stable. Sometimes I mix it with one of Dr. Berg's powdered electrolytes for an extra boost. Bodyarmor Flash I. V. with zero sugar is wonderful!

Great product, tastes just like the bottles and I can make it more or less sweet depending on how I feel. I would like to see more flavors.

1997 I quit diet pop, well all flavored carbonated drinks and only drank coffee, juice, and sparkling water. Now, eating a carnivore/ketovore diet, no added carbs, my body doesn’t store water like it used to. Everyone recommended electrolytes for balance and energy, so I tested a few. This mix is good enough. I don’t really need the B vitamins, I already take that. A box of these will last many months, as I only take 1/2 a packet as needed, and some days only a pinch of salt in water does the trick. I take plenty of minerals in a day magnesium and potassium at bedtime. I take this in the morning or before exercising. The flavor is acceptable. I would prefer to buy unflavored if it was offered.
