I can’t pick a favorite yet because they both taste amazing! If you have a bigger water bottle these are perfect, if you are using a standard size I’d use 2 bottles.

This is maybe for an athletic that doesn’t care for taste but for someone just looking for a quick electrolyte boost with good taste, this is not it! The watermelon was atrocious tasting and the other one was just barely tolerable. Not recommended.

However, they are very tangy, even in the aftertaste, so they're not my cup of tea. I prefer something sweeter. If you like the sourness though, go for it!

I’ve learned just how important electrolytes are, and living in the hot humid south just makes them that more important. It says to mix in 16-32 oz of water and I recommend closer to 32 otherwise it’s just way too sweet. They taste a little better than other sugar free electrolyte packets (I’m looking at you liquid IV), and are a little bit cheaper as well. I have already purchased more.

I also enjoyed the additional vitamins that don’t traditionally come in electrolyte powders. However I love another brand and I’m just not sure this is good enough to win. I really like that there are vitamins in it and no sugar. I also like that I can use half of the pack or the whole thing depending on my taste and the amount of water that I use.
