Tropical punch flavor is ok with tartness of pineapple mango to wake your mind and body. Improve health and flavor quality by using monk fruit instead of stevia. Easy to open. Powder instantly melts in water. Healthy hearty amount of electrolytes and vitamins. Affordable when on sale.

This is maybe for an athletic that doesn’t care for taste but for someone just looking for a quick electrolyte boost with good taste, this is not it! The watermelon was atrocious tasting and the other one was just barely tolerable. Not recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This drink mix tasted great and gave me a burst of energy after my workout. I tried two flavors, strawberry kiwi & tropical punch. The tropical punch flavor was my favorite. You can add these to 16-32oz. of water. The ratio that I ended up liking the best was to add one packet to 32 oz of water. The flavor was best when using cold water, it didn’t taste as good when I tried it at room temperature. Overall I was satisfied with the flavor and effectiveness of this drink mix and would try it again.

I mixed my packet easily within a 24oz cup and had sport drink worthy flavor and all those bonus electrolytes! I fear a smaller bottle would.be overpowering. Love that this is sugar free and only 15 calories to replenish my body! Would definitely recommend.

The powders both easily mix in with water with no clumping or chalky tastes or consistency. Strawberry Kiwi- this flavor is the worse of the two but definitely not bad. The taste is more strawberry forward while the kiwi is subtle. Tropical Punch- this flavor is delicious and I would buy a whole box of it. Taste fruity but not overpowering. Both are sugar free which is a plus and both keep you feeling energized and refreshed even during an intense workout 8/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Interesting product! The package said you could mix it with 16-32 oz of water per your taste. We started with 16 oz and whew was it powerful. It mixed completely and well with no clumps, so that's a win! Definitely could taste the sodium, or whatever ingredient is being used for "absorption". It wasn't pleasant. LOL.....once constituted over 25 oz, it was much more pleasurable! Al in all, if you are dehydrated or doing some some heavy training, this may be the ticket for you!!.

It dissolves easily into water and isn't gritty like some other brands. I love how it's in a little package and I can just take it on the go.
