Theses work really well to replenish fast. Zero sugar as well for ingredients

I can’t pick a favorite yet because they both taste amazing! If you have a bigger water bottle these are perfect, if you are using a standard size I’d use 2 bottles.

It’s nice to have a different variety of flavor for electrolytes. It keeps you hydrated and energized for the day. Perfect for after a long workout!

I normally don’t seek sugar free items because of the taste but this had a pleasant sweetness and nothing weird from the stevia.

It is a simple as having a bottle of water and pouring the packet in.  I have tasted most flavors and they are delicious. I highly recommend this product, especially for people that like to work out.

However I did not like the taste. I am not a big fan of stevia and find it leaves an aftertaste. This was not for me.

They only have 10 calories in each packet. It's a great way to stay hydrated after a workout, being out in the heat, being sick, and many other things you may need hydration for. Bonus, they taste really good!!
