[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try BodyArmor Flash I.V. Electrolyte Powder Sticks. I have POTS and have heard that these types of electrolyte sticks can help with symptoms. I waited for days when I had flare ups to try each flavor: strawberry kiwi and tropical punch. The powders came in convenient little pouches that are good for on the go. They mixed easily with water and didn’t leave any clumps behind. Both flavors were good, but I did prefer the tropical punch flavor more. The strawberry kiwi flavor had a more salty aftertaste that I did not like as much. They were both light and fruity and the perfect sweetness. As far as helping my POTS symptoms, each flavor did minimize the lightheadedness and headaches after drinking them. It didn’t remove them, but it did help. I also liked that these had zero sugar, so if I wanted to drink more than one glass, I wouldn’t have to worry about extra sugar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These powder sticks are great to take to the gym,when you're out running or walking or just running errands.All you need is a bottle of water and one of these sticks and your good to go! It quickly replenishes the electrolytes that you lost from exercising.The strawberry kiwi is ok tasting but the tropical punch had a better flavor to me especially since they are zero sugar.I wish Bodyarmor would make a version that had some sugar in it.I would be willing to try the other flavors and would probably buy this product more.

It’s nice to have a different variety of flavor for electrolytes. It keeps you hydrated and energized for the day. Perfect for after a long workout!

They only have 10 calories in each packet. It's a great way to stay hydrated after a workout, being out in the heat, being sick, and many other things you may need hydration for. Bonus, they taste really good!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to trying Flash, this powder came in a convenient, easy tear packet, however; what a disappointed I got after the first sip. The flavor is not pleasant and it has an aftertaste. Value for the money , I feel since for me it was not a good product, I would not spend money on buying it. I did not feel any different, besides trying to get rid of the awkward flavor.

The powders mixed well with water. I preferred the Strawberry Kiwi and it tasted better (less sweet) with more water added. I’d like to see more salt in the electrolyte content.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They only sent 2 to try and I only had one so far, the strawberry flavor. The taste was really good. I'm not sure about how well it hydrates as I drink a lot of water regularly anyway. But it's good.
