Not a fan of the taste

I like these hydration flavors, there were more. But they do the job of balancing my electrolytes

Was exploring other brands and this was a winner for my teen athlete!

This taste amazing and really hydrated me .

Beware, these have 500MG of sodium so they can be unhealthy in other ways. Perhaps best for occasional usage? Also, the taste is not great in my opinion.

It’s nice to have a different variety of flavor for electrolytes. It keeps you hydrated and energized for the day. Perfect for after a long workout!
