[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received samples of two flavours. Strawberry kiwi and tropical punch. I personally like tropical punch more than Strawberry kiwi. I always like tropical flavours more in drinks. Both are good in taste. I mostly drink them during my workout or while running. It gives me a good source of energy to carry on my tasks.

However, they are very tangy, even in the aftertaste, so they're not my cup of tea. I prefer something sweeter. If you like the sourness though, go for it!

The two flavors I received were Strawberry Kiwi and Tropical Punch. The tropical punch flavor is pictured. This was super easy to mix with water and be ready to use, however the taste was so gross I couldn’t drink more than a quarter of the glass. I can’t tell if it hydrated me because I wasn’t able to drink the whole thing. It has a very artificial flavor and aftertaste. Two stars because it’s a great idea and would be very convenient for camping or hiking, etc.

I mixed my packet easily within a 24oz cup and had sport drink worthy flavor and all those bonus electrolytes! I fear a smaller bottle would.be overpowering. Love that this is sugar free and only 15 calories to replenish my body! Would definitely recommend.

Tropical punch flavor is ok with tartness of pineapple mango to wake your mind and body. Improve health and flavor quality by using monk fruit instead of stevia. Easy to open. Powder instantly melts in water. Healthy hearty amount of electrolytes and vitamins. Affordable when on sale.

The powders mixed well with water. I preferred the Strawberry Kiwi and it tasted better (less sweet) with more water added. I’d like to see more salt in the electrolyte content.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Interesting product! The package said you could mix it with 16-32 oz of water per your taste. We started with 16 oz and whew was it powerful. It mixed completely and well with no clumps, so that's a win! Definitely could taste the sodium, or whatever ingredient is being used for "absorption". It wasn't pleasant. LOL.....once constituted over 25 oz, it was much more pleasurable! Al in all, if you are dehydrated or doing some some heavy training, this may be the ticket for you!!.

It's very important to me that it doesn’t have any sugar, so there's no excessive sweetness. I really enjoyed drinking it after a day out in the heat. It will be my new favorite electrolyte water beverage.
