Great value and so easy to use

I purchased 2 Potbelly gift cards and they don't work. I have the receipt and called customer services and they said there's nothing they can do because it's a third party. Sam's Club customer service said to" call the number on the back of the card". the sad part is that there is no number on the back of the card! I understand that Sam's club sells cheap items BUT THEY SHOULD NOT SELL JUNK FOR PROFIT!!!! now I'm out $50.

DEFECTIVE POTBELLYS CARDS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

These cards are never available in the stores. I was able to buy online and shipping was free. The cards are easy to use. You do have to enter the number each time when using the app. The pin is included, you just have to scrape off the sticker to find it.
